After shopping for carpet for over a month and after visiting four to six carpet stores, we decided on The Carpet Store & More. Their pricing was the best for the carpet we wanted and Larry and his son, Dan, were very professional and knowledgeable.The day of the installation, while the installers were unloading the new carpet and pad, we discovered that the installers had brought the wrong pad. We showed our agreement to Jorge, the man in charge of the installation. He acknowledged the error and went back to the store for the correct pad. All went well after that.The installation is grade A+. The installers very professional, carting away any debris, and were done very quickly.Overall we would rate the experience a 5 except for the problem with the pad.

The sales service was very good as was the selection of carpets. The prices are fair. The installation was well done. However, we had an ajoining small hallway where they removed carpet and we're instructed to leave the concrete floor exposed. They did that, but failed to take up the tech strips on the cement and didn't finish the edge of carpet that had been cut off at the closet door. It took numerous phone calls and messages left that were ignored before they finally returned to finish the job.

The price with install was excellent. All questions and concerns were answered. Financing was a breeze. Kudos to Larry who responded to my very early calls quickly. The install crew was on time, moved all the heavy stuff I didn't want to move, did a most excellent job with the install and clean up, and put everything back. We are extremely happy with this company and highly recommend them.

After receiving four quotes from different flooring companies we decided The Carpet Store was the company with which we wanted to do business. The price we felt was fair, if they met their end of the bargain and delivered what they promised. They did just that! I really have to commend the installers. They are courteous, hard working, and considerate. Can't praise these guys enough. I am now a big fan of the "OJ's"!Regarding these ratings, most of them are four and five stars, with the exception of one. I would question this one poor rating as the statements made there do NOT at all reflect the treatment or service we received...totally the opposite. Dan and Larry were nothing less than gracious and presented themselves as honest and genuine. We will pass the word to friends and family as reliable flooring businesses are not easy to find. Patrick came to my house (in marana) and was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions on my flooring. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so we brainstormed . When i got the quote I was very pleased as his prices were great (less than i expected). The installers were professional. (The flooring guys were more fun than carpet installers). Highly recommended

We were really disappointed with the installation. Seams are noticeable and there are lumpy areas. The next time we used them they recommended a carpet that didn't last a year.

After checking out both Home Depot and Lowe's for new carpeting and flooring, upon a recommendation from a friend I dropped into the Carpet Store, and boy, am I glad I did. Larry spent over an hour with me explaining the different choices I could make in carpeting and flooring. They have more carpet and flooring samples than even the big box stores. Right then, I chose my carpeting and vinyl flooring, and the two installers performed their work flawlessly and on time. All done in a single day. Nobody could have done a better job of installing my new carpeting and flooring. Both the carpeting and the flooring look spectacular, just as I envisioned they'd look. I might add that you will also save a significant chunk of money by buying from The Carpet Store as opposed to a big box store. Personal service and flawless installation. Can't be beat.

This is the quality of craftsmanship you can expect from The Carpet Store. They installed carpet in our house over a year ago. We have had nothing but problems. They have returned numerous times, but still haven't managed to fix anything. We found multiple areas of carpet with missing pad, cracked walls and a broken door. Larry and Patrick even came to our house, assessed the install and told us there was nothing wrong with it. A few weeks later, I peeled back the carpet in the kid's play room to find yet another huge gap in the padding. I also discovered they didn't install the highest quality pad available, which I requested and paid for. After being ghosted for weeks, we are now hiring another company to come in and fix all of the issues, and seeking legal advice in an effort to recover the losses. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. (I only gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option).

We went to carpet store and more in Tucson AZ, in the month of December 2022. We were greeted by Larry the owner, and after speaking with him, found out he had sold the business and retiring. So we met with the new owner, and he made us a fair price, however no breakdown on products, and such, just a total price. They showed up on time, and got to work. Josh the new owner informed us that we might want to hire a company, to clean when they are finished???? This is our sixth home we have purchased and NEVER were told to clean up our self. In all fairness I was warned. Took 5 full days for us to clean up the home. They took up the tile, ground the concrete, and ran the heater the entire time. Had to have the ac unit serviced and ducts cleaned. Again I was warned. We have several issues needed repair, and Josh set up a time for his Crew manager to come look at the home.. No appointments ever made. So we had decided to do the repairs our self. We had carpet installed and not the quality we were looking for, so we are going to have replaced by a different company.

Had a horrible experience. Carpet quality was cheap and installation left visible seams. After on year of very little traffic the carpet looked old and worn out. I have tried repeatedly to get this resolved and have finally given up. Customer satisfaction is not a top priority. Very disappointed.
