The Canyon's Crown

This is a really cute place, great Irish feel, super staff. The food was okay. I had fish and chips (fish very good) - higher portion of fish and chips , very little coleslaw. My husband tried the chicken pot pie. Unappealing in both look and taste. This would be a great place to celebrate St. Pattys day. Food is just ok.

Solid 3 stars.The food is standard. Not a single thing is above average. It is just good on a freshness and preparation scale.The service makes this place a return visit. Everyone we have ever encountered makes the experience worth coming back. They work hard and are all very cheerful.The staff gets 5 stars every time.Big draw for me: Dragoon IPA on tap. Worth the drive.It's always best if you get a booth or cozy for dining. Otherwise, you are in a high traffic zone which is noisy and distracting.All in all it is worth a visit.

We are visiting family in Tucson and decided to try this place. I got fish and chips which was pretty good. My husband got the clam chowder and that is the reason I gave my rating only 3 stars... Way too many potatoes and not enough clams. He got a very nice salad. The atmosphere was pretty nice. Good parking.

Found this place on Yelp. We tried it out. Cute place, very friendly staff. My friend and I both ordered the Fish & Chips. We would have liked a larger serving of cole slaw, but the fish and fries were good. They have quite a selection of menu items. We will be back another time. Service was on point. Clean and inviting environment.

At the last minute, our group of 10 decided to go to Canyon's Crown for lunch. We didn't make a reservation but the hostess said, 'no problem,' and quickly put three tables together to accommodate us. The wife and I both chose the One Piece Fish & Chips. The fish was on par with other Tucson restaurants featuring Fish & Chips. I asked for and received cocktail sauce rather than tartar sauce. The fries were frozen but OK. The wife thought the portion size, particularly the coleslaw, was a bit meager. Ever decreasing portion size seems to be the norm everywhere so judge for yourself from the picture provided. Service, given the size of our group, was excellent and we were not rushed.

Enjoyed a nice lunch there today. Good conversation. Great staff/ wait staff. Great beer selection- even had an excellent variety in na beers. My chili was generous and tasty. My only complaint was the small loaf of Italian bread. It was like wonder bread....nit very tasty. I enjoy the atmosphere and will return but I won't spend a dime for that tasteless loaf.

Had not been here in a few years and guess what?!! We were delighted that we "stumbled" on its path again!We stopped by Poco and Moms next door for lunch and decided to leave room for a Guinness. Everyone around us ordered food and man did everything look and smell good!Place is still clean, service was great and everyone was having a great time! Will definitely go back and grab some grub!!

When you first walk-in the décor gives you that classic British pub feel. The waitstaff were great, but the food was disappointing. The fish and chips were served on a rather small plate, were super oily, and many of the chips were soggy. The Guinness Pie steak was chewy and the pie topping was made with biscuit dough instead of the standard puff pastry. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but it just did not live up to anything close to British or Irish pub fare. On the brightside they did have a decent beer selection.

Canyon's Crown is a comfortable, friendly pub. We've been here for both carry-out and dine-in and have enjoyed both. Our latest dine-in experience was great. We were seated promptly, and a very welcoming server brought us our drinks while we perused the menu. We both selected fish and chips, which--happily--comes in two sizes. I got the single filet, and my partner opted for two. Our food came quickly and looked and smelled delicious. The fish is crisp and not greasy, and it comes with a homemade tartar sauce, lemon, and a small side of slaw. The fries also were crisp and tasty, but I was too full to eat all of mine!Our server was prompt with our check and encouraged us to come visit again. We definitely will!

Four of us had linch here yesterday, We have been there many times i n the past. We are never dissapointed. The food is always great as is the "Pub" atmosphere. Now the service is something else. The servers are always happy(even when they are overwhelmed with custamers). They are super always super pleasant, and accomodating. We always have the Scotch Eggs as an appitiser. We will continue to go there often.
