I was craving a chicken wrap somewhere convenient and landed at The Buffalo Spot and ordered the combo. It delivered as promised, although I would have preferred a more mindfully crafter wrap. It was loosely held together and could have used more lettuce, in my opinion. Overall it's a quick, casual spot with free 20 minute street parking just outside the door.

I took my coworkers here for a lunch outing, and I wasn't super impressed. We all went up to the counter to order, and both the wraps and the shakes were out. We asked why and I guess the corporate office sent some that were not great quality. We all wanted shakes, so that put a damper on our mood. We opted for the boneless wings and fries. The fries- outstanding. The crispiness and the flavor was bomb. I opted for the garlic parmesan wings, and though the flavor was good, the texture was not a typical wing. It was more like a chicken breast cut up into pieces. I like thicker breading on wings. What turned me off the most? The moldy smell coming from where the drink dispenser was. Definitely didn't smell clean. Would I go back? Eh probably not. But my coworkers were happy with their meals. You can decide for yourself!

Quick to order, quite a long wait especially on the weekends. The traditional wings were not bad for a fast food joint. Pretty crispy and not dry. So many different sauce options for you to choose from. The garlic Parmesan was decent; will curb my wings cravings. Cajun sauce was pulled on thick which I normally love but was a bit much on these wings. Salted caramel shake was thick and had all the needed richness to it

The line was too long and the service was too sub-par for the wings to be as average as they were. I give them credit for making a hot sauce that is actually hot; outside of that, I could get better wings from a grocery store.

Came here for the first time after hearing mixed reviews. The food is definitely not worth it. There's really nothing special about the sauces and this food could definitely be achieved by just going to the grocery store, buying some frozen fries and chicken tenders making them at home and throwing them in a bowl together. Also, this being next to the UofA campus is not all that budget friendly for those college kids.

If you want to ruin your love for buffalo chicken, this is the place. The wings were an embarrassment--soggy, bland, and tasted like they were cooked a week ago. The sauce? More like a sad splash of disappointment. Complete trash.
