Stopped by for gas at the main gate shoppette after my Vampire Shift & saw this place, intrigued at the prospect of a decent breakfast spot on Ft. Huachuca. I made some tweaks to the Yelp page, so hoping the map & hours get uploaded soon. FYI, this place is actually on Ft. Huachuca, not Sierra Vista, so you'll need to show your ID at the gate. Woke up early the next day & brought my bro over with me to investigate. Short story made long - meh, ok for Ft. Huachuca. First, we noted there were no donuts to be found. We ordered the bacon egg & cheese breakfast sandwich, a sausage egg & cheese breakfast sandwich (both on white English muffins), a coffee and sorry to say, the last cinnamon roll. (Yeah, we're jerks like that.)It seemed like the lady at the counter was trying to train another young lady so the service was rather slow & disjointed. I had to stand at the counter for several minutes before I could ask someone to get the coffee I'd ordered. Note that the way it is supposed to go is that person at the counter will give you the cup and then you go to the left & serve yourself. They do have a nice selection of creamers, though. I later had to go back & ask for the last cinnamon roll, praying against hope that someone else didn't snag it before we actually got it from under the glass. The sandwiches were okay at best, the egg giving us the impression it came out a carton. The bread was not toasted at all, despite the counter lady directing the trainee to toast it as soon as we'd ordered. The sausage lacked seasoning & the bacon was the cheap, rubbery style. I think it's a fair comparison to say Mcdonald's sandwiches are much better. The Carmel coffee was very weak, which is a no go for a Vampire.Overall the decor is pleasant, though it could use a few minor tweaks. The table cloth/planter display in the corner was poorly done & filthy, with all other plants in need of a cleaning. They have a beautiful cake display, yet have two shelf brackets in with the cakes & fake rose petals? My brother & I wanna give this place another chance once they get trained & settled in a bit more.

They did a fantastic job on my husband's promotion cake. The decoration lacked on top of the cake, but they stenciled the rank out properly. Too much icing for my taste but everyone else enjoyed it. Pricier than what I would have paid for a cake at the commissary, but it was so yummy. They take orders usually 48 hours in advance but did a cake for me in less than 24 hours notice, but explained I needed to give more notice next time.Get the Raspberry Filling! So good, it adds a tart flavor to the overly sweet cake.

Breakfast sandwiches/ burritos are great. Decently priced. Pastry dishes are also a good choice. Huge fan of the burger burrito.

First time here. Right in the Shopette on base. A bunch of my Soldiers eat here and I'm glad I tried it. Really fresh food. I had the chicken wrap. One of the best wraps I've had. Stop and try this place if your watching your food intake and want a fast, yet healthy lunch.

Not a very big selection or as fresh as you would expect from a "bakery". Its ok I guess, but not somewhere I would seek again. The bread basket just outside the main gate is far better by leaps and bounds and everything is made fresh daily and is of much higher quality.

Great food and reasonable prices. They make delicious baked goods, tasty home made soups and a variety of very good wraps and salads but are a bit on the pricy side. They pack a large amount of protein into their wraps and sandwiches and are a very healthy alternative to the fast food joints on post. I customize most things because the portions are enormous, but delicious

I live on the east coast and came across Bakers Flor while googling Sierra Vista bakeries, looking for a birthday cake or food gift certificate for my son who just arrived at Ft Huachuca. The woman I spoke with could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Not only did she have a cake, but she offered to personalize it and, get this, deliver it to my son on her way home from work. The whole phone transaction took about 5 minutes and my son texted me a picture of the beautiful chocolate cake within about 30 minutes. Evidently, they have delicious sandwiches, but based on their hospitality alone, if I ever get to Sierra Vista, Bakers Flor will be my first stop.

I had ordered a birthday cake for a friend of mine. My husband picked up the cake on his way home from work. When I opened up the box, I could not believe my eyes! It said Happy Birthday Heather with no other decoration! What kind of "professional" bakery would let a cake leave their store looking like that?! Not even nuts/crumbs put on the side of the cake! While the taste is good, I do not think they are worth the money. I have paid similar prices for "works of art" in another part of the country. Even though the taste is poor from the grocery store cakes, they can decorate cakes better than this place! I think they need more lessons in the decorating department. If I wanted a cake with no decorations, I could have made one myself. Isn't that one of the main reasons to have it done for you? Not a "Professional" bakery in my opinion.
