This property is so nice! I was really impressed with the rooms, the fitness area, and the feel of this place. We also had a large group catered dinner and the staff did a great job handling the event. I hope to stay here during future visits to Tucson.

Let me say up front that I didn't stay overnight but a friend suggested we tour it after hearing about it and expecting out of town visitors. The owner, Amy agreed to show us around. I was particularly interested as I'm a long time Tucsonan who appreciates our history and heard the place honors our history. The inn is located in an historic area and I learned a lot about some Tucson history from Amy who has done a wonderful job decorating the place. Each of the rooms is named for a person with history in Tucson. Each has a painting of the person represented and the painter included symbols in the portrait showing something from their history. The rooms are cheerful and modern with an in suite bathroom. There are several seating areas inside and out so no one would feel crowded. I enjoyed the section with a bookcase filled with books about Tucson and it's history that guests could enjoy. It is a bed and breakfast and options sound appealing. There is wine in evenings. So many touches for guests to feel at home. I will definitely recommend it to Tucson visitors.

The Armory Park Inn is the only place to stay in Tucson. Wonderful experience, food was great, and very welcoming home. I'll be staying here again.

Anytime I am coming to Tucson, I am going to stay here! Everything about the Inn is warm and welcoming from the fine historic building to the delicious breakfasts prepared by Dora. The bedrooms and indoor/outdoor common areas are tastefully appointed in Southwestern style and it could not be a better place to rest and refresh after exploring nearby downtown Tucson. i was there for a bike trip and Dora took care of our every need including secure bike storage and early morning coffee and scones to go. If you want to add to your experience of enjoying the culture and dining in Tucson, look no further!

Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Clean accommodations, great breakfast and a chance to meet fellow travelers at happy hour with a complimentary glass of wine and appetizers. Will definitely return.

OK, we had researched the room options and knew going in that the Charley Brown room was small. And it definitely was. But it was nicely appointed and we didn't spend a lot of time there anyway. It would have been nice if the TV had a Netflix option though.Amy was pleasant and welcoming and Dora made some awesome scones for one of out breakfasts. A wonderful breakfast is included in the price as is an evening drink and snack. We weren't able to try the evening food but the breakfast food was really, really good.We had some questions and texting seems to work best in getting answers. But the answers were prompt and spot on.It's street parking but the Inn wasn't busy so that was a piece of cake. It's close to Old Tucson so that's a plus, too.

Words can not express how amazing this place is. The friendliness and sincerity from Amy & Dora is phenomenal. They are doing truly wonderful things at this b&b. The room: Larcena Pennington was fantastic. Bathroom was gorgeous, water pressure was great, the bed was extremely comfy and the bedding was so lush. We slept like a baby every single night. I added a bottle of wine & cheese plate during our booking and both were waiting for us when we arrived. The cheese plate was delicious and worth the extra cost! The facility: I used the gym downstairs and it was great. It has a treadmill, peloton bike, weights and yoga mats. Lysol wipes to wipe down everything you use. It was really nice! The outside patio both downstairs & upstairs is beautiful. Such a pretty space to sit and relax with coffee or wine. The breakfast: the food was AMAZING. They listened to food allergies and we had no problems! Dora, I know I told you this each day but your food is fantastic. Her scones & lemon curd are superb. We were lucky to have 2 breakfasts here and both were different. They had a wonderful variety of greens, fresh fruit, eggs, meat & carbs. Armory Hour: at 5pm you come downstairs and get a glass of wine, beer or seltzer. They gave us a mixed nut mix that Dora says they season in house. I'm telling you this mix was amazing and barely lasted a couple minutes.Amy & Dora, your hospitality is amazing and it was so nice meeting you. We loved chatting with you and want to thank you for creating such a welcoming escape. We whole heartedly recommend Armory Park Inn, it's worth every penny!

The Armory Park Inn exceeded all expectations, providing a 5-star experience that surpassed even our extensive travels. Despite initial hesitation about staying in a bed and breakfast, stepping through the door immediately confirmed it was the right choice. Each of the uniquely designed rooms, occupied by my family across three of the seven available, boasted modern furnishings that seamlessly blended with the historic charm of the Inn. Every detail, from the luxurious Italian made bedding to the carefully curated amenities, showcased a commitment to excellence. The abundance of seating areas, both indoors and outdoors, allowed for comfortable relaxation and intimate gatherings. The attention to detail was remarkable, with thoughtful touches like a bedside charging station, luxurious toiletries, and refreshments readily available. Breakfast was a highlight, served in two delectable courses tailored to our preferences and dietary needs. The homemade scones and yogurt parfaits were incredible as was the asparagus frittata. Dora, one of the Innkeepers, noticed my brother's preference for fruit and took it upon herself to pick fresh grapefruit off her own tree to serve at breakfast! I truly cannot say enough about the entire staff. Amy, the Inns proprietor, Dora, and Shelia went above and beyond, offering personalized recommendations for the day and ensuring every moment was memorable for our family. The daily happy hour provided a delightful opportunity to unwind, while the convenient location allowed for easy exploration of downtown Tucson's culinary delights and attractions. A personal favorite was Charo Steak and Seafood. The backyard oasis, complete with a cozy fire pit and well-appointed patio, provided a serene retreat anytime of day. The small gym, equipped with top-of-the-line Peloton equipment and every amenity was a pleasant surprise, reflecting the attention to detail evident throughout the Inn. They provided all sizes of Peloton spin shoes! Amy and her team have truly set the bar high, leaving us with unforgettable memories and a reluctance to stay anywhere else. Their exceptional hospitality deserves every accolade, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share this glowing review.

A delightful place to stay. It was very comfortable, accommodating and clean. The room with a view on the second floor and courtyard were completely zen and relaxing. We didn't want to leave but we will return soon. The chef who made breakfast completely spoiled us with her recipes and there aren't enough good things I can say to describe our visit.
