One of the best food trucks in town!Tacos de cabesa are my favorite here. The carne asada tacos/burros and the total are also top notch.

If this restaurant is open then you need to visit. If you are leaving or arriving at the airport this is an easy stop for great eats. This could be the source of top option of tacos in the city of Tucson. Do not be fooled with the taco truck image. The food is freshly made, hot and personal service. Many chairs and table to sit at in the shade or if you want the sun move them over they will accommodate. Lots of parking but it is a dirt/gravel parking lot.

We've been eyeing this truck for a long time and finally came for breakfast. Food came out so quick and was super fresh. Ladies in the truck were nice. Honey said the bread is real and he loved his Birria torta. I got a carne burrito con queso y frijoles and it was so good!!! They have outdoor seating which is nice, just be prepared for bugs. We will definitely be back.

Ordered combo plate with carne asada. Was very impressed with the flavors in the carne asada, portion was great for the $10 - plenty of meat left after filling the 4 corn tortillas. Service was quick. Ordered to go, but outdoor seating is available under trees. Will go back!

Such a HIDDEN GEM! I'm down from California and wanted to try a Hispanic spot. I seen this food truck from my maps and I love me a good food truck.The tacos are BOMB! They dip part of the tortilla in consome which gives it a yummy taste. SomeOf the tacos are double layered which is so fulfilling. The aguas frescas is DELICIOUS!! I love their green sauce too. The workers are very friendly weren't big on speaking English but they still understood my order and were really lovelyTHANK YOU ROSITA TAQUERIA!1Love from California

Just happen to be in Tucson and tried this place based on a friends suggestion. Whether you're from Tucson, or just passing through this is a must stop place check out the Asada tacos!

Was in the mood for some tacos after being in Vegas for a week! This place is down the street from me, so decided to give it a shot as I see it every time I drive down Valencia. It's naturally shaded with trees and it was very cool when ordering. I got 4 tacos of carne asada and 2 of the cabeza. My husband wanted chicharrón but they did not have any at the time, bummer. They provide a pico de gallo and a red salsa which was my favorite! Not everyone knows how to make a good spicy salsa. It was HOTTTT!!!! The limes were very dryyyyyy, thankfully I found a juicy enough one to add to my six tacos, could've used more but it's all there was. Other than the dry limes, The food was great! They even doubled up on some of the tacos with an extra tortilla so my taco did not break or rip! The service was fast. Got our order within 5 min or so. I will be going again!

Really good!! Near all of the airport hotels. The two ladies were friendly and provided great service. Had the Quesabirrias. Amazing and highly recommend!!
