The girl that helped us find an electric dryer was super helpful and helped us all the way to the end of the transaction and was negotiable on the price! Definitely recommend

I will start by saying the gentleman was very nice and helpful. However, the two starts is because the young lady who was working the register seemed like I was more of a bother to her. She seemed like she did not want to sell me the item until the gentleman who work there said yes, sell it. There is a language barrier. The price for the product was okay. She also seemed to be upset that I was using my debit card. I don't think I will shop there again because of the rude lady.​

Tamayo's came recommended from a family member who purchased a washer dryer set a year ago. I was in need of a refrigerator, washer, and dryer as the home I moved into did not come with these items. Tamayo's was not only helpful in selecting these items but they were an incredible deal. They were able to deliver and install literally 2 days later. We ran into one hiccup that was quickly resolved and all three of these appliances are working efficiently and look perfect in my home. I cannot thank Tamayo's enough for their customer service and quality installs. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I will happily refer them for years to come. Purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer $850.00 May 2021. Washer will not complete a full cycle without being re started. We did lots of investigation and it appeared either a water pump, blockage, or panel. At first Chritian was responsive. Even sent a repair person out and walked him through on the phone how to check. He ended up installing a new pump, charged me another $55.00. A few days later, same thing. Washer stops, giving code de. In the last year I have made over 12 calls and spoke to Marilyn, (Christian has left the building) I have been promised a return visit, I have been told they were "waiting" for a new and better machine, I have been told they are replaing the panel, I have been told so many stories I can;t remember them all. Shortage, COVID, you name it. Bottom line, I have been using a BROKEN machine from day 1. I have to keep my eye on each load and RE START 2 or 3 times. Now over 1 year later & NO CONTACT from them, they cashed the check from A YEAR AGO! I even called them ONE MORE time before posting this and still NOTHING! Very Very poor service after they get the sale. BEWARE!!!

Started off with buying a nice 3 door fridge they had , A really nice GE. They delivered as promised and I noticed the ice maker wasn't working. The owner ordered parts to repair it then came out to install it. But then the fridge section started to not stay cold. Without questioning it when I called to tell them. The owner said he had a even better fridge and said if I was ok with it. He would trade it out. Didn't want me to continue to have problems , and wanted to make sure I was happy, but to give him a couple days for him to make sure the new fridge didn't have any issues. I waited the couple days and they (like promised) delivered the new fridge and took the other one with no extra cost to me The new fridge has been working amazingly and is actually nicer then the one I purchased!! Tho off to a rough start , the staff and owner were incredibly professional and amazing to work with. They even restarted my warranty once I got the new fridge I am VERY happy with their customer service , how they handled the situation and how they treated me I HIGHLY recommend buying from them. Their customer service is second to none!! Had to find these days from small business!

Liars and cheats! Three washers in about three months. All failed. The tech did not have the proper equipment so he forced the connecting in place. Then they said he returned to fix it the right way. LIES! How are we not going to know he came back! Don't go to these assholes

Love this company. Unexpected gem! Our washer that came with our home went kaput after about a year and right in our busiest time of year. Walked into Tamayo's appliance on Monday after seeing a Facebook ad and had my new to me washer installed the next day by 1 pm. They even hauled away our old one for no additional charge and helped us fix a water line to our fridge! I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic!! We were needing a new washing machine and wanted to buy "used" to save some money on it. Looked around on Facebook marketplace and saw plenty of ads from people (not businesses) selling them but was worried there would be nothing we could do about it if someone was being dishonest and sold us a non working machine. Saw an ad on Facebook for Tamayos and they offer a 90 day warranty! Awesome! Saved a ton of money and bought a used matching set washer and dryer. Marilyn was so great to work with in the store and was very accommodating on delivery day and time. I will definitely come back to Tamayos when needing appliances! They do washer and dryer, stoves, and refrigerators! Fair prices and great customer service!

Great selection of new and used appliances! Everyone here is helpful. I really liked that the installation and delivery fee is low and fast delivery timeframe.
