Grabbed chorizo and carnita tacos today, this place gets better and better, salsas are delicious, and customer service always genuine and friendly - see you next week...and gracias!

I know it's still 100 degrees on this late July day, but I can't believe this stand is not mobbed with customers. I walked up to the ghost shack and ordered some tacos and a Mexican Coke. I got a couple cabeza (un maíz, una harina) and asked for a recommendation on a third. Pork adobada (maiz) it is!Sooo. Wow. These tacos are a value at $2 apiece. The adobada is nice cubes and well marinated. The flavors jump out. The cabeza is tender, so juicy, and tatses amazing! The tortillas hold up. No sog outs. There is a nice shade covering the dining area, and the breeze was welcome. The salsa bar is on a table inside a cooler, so everything is kept fresh. I like the setup. I really like the food, and I especially like the idea of coming back... soon.

One my favorite things about Tucson is the abundance of Mexican/ South American food trucks.., and each one has their own distinct flavor. Delicious food with Mexican soda ( it just tastes better). Friendly and quick service. Ample parking and shaded seating area.

Run don't walk. Amazing tacos. Amazing prices. I'd pay double for their food all day long.

Excellent!!! Karina serves fresh and delicious food! She catered my daughters wedding reception-food truck outstanding quality and she is a dream to work with along with her son! The very BEST!
