Taco Stop has the BEST vegan birria in town! I am gluten free so I have ordered the birria burrito as a bowl instead and it is delicious. I've also had the vegan birria tacos, as well. I've tried the actual birria and almost love the vegan ones more! They are made from jackfruit and they use vegan cheese. Their agua frescas are to die for. The watermelon and lime are my favorite but they always have different flavors in the cooler. They cook everything for you fresh, so there is a bit more of a wait for your food than you expect, but it is well worth it! If you are in a hurry, order by phone and pick up. It's our tradition now to get warm tacos and burritos on the way down from Mt Lemmon trips! Oh, and the art on the truck is also worth stopping by!

This is our go-to place for amazing food. The best food truck in town! We are so fortunate to live near their usual spot at Speedway/Houghton. We always call ahead and our order is ready when we get there. They cook everything fresh and it's worth the wait!Our favorites are the burros - they are perfection and we love every version: shredded beef, chicken, carne asada, vegan jackfruit - all of them are amazing! And so big!I also love their quesabarria tacos- melt in your mouth amazingness. Of course their other tacos are great, too. They offer a great vegan menu as well - it's the best tasting jackfruit I've ever had. I can't say enough about the quality of food here - definitely give it a try!

This truck has delicious quesabirria! I have a dairy allergy and celiac disease and they offered to put vegan cheese on the quesabirria tacos for me! I have never been able to eat birria with cheese so that was a real treat for me. The guy who was taking orders was so nice and looked up the ingredients in the vegan cheese they use to make sure it was gluten free. I'm already thinking about the next time I can have those tacos.

Amazing!!!! Located at a Circle K's parking lot on the far east side of Tucson, this little place always has a steady run of traffic. Why? Because it's good!Operating out of food truck that doesn't move a lot (they do special events and catering, though), this unassuming place throws out some great Mexican food. Don't let the name fool you. There are also burritos and quesadillas, as well as birria tacos. You want vegan? They've got that, too. There is a table available if you want to dine al fresco and watch the traffic go by (there are also the Rincons and Catalinas to look at).Now, let's talk the food - we had carne asada, as I arrived too late for shredded beef or birria. My husband had the taco plate - three tacos, picked onions mixed with white onion (the onion was a negative for him) beans, rice, hot salsa, and limes. I ordered the carne asada burrito and a bean and cheese burrito for us to split. Everything was delicious! The meat was in small, flavorful pieces. The tortillas were incredible, and the burritos were grilled on a flat top after being filled. And, they probably weighed over a pound each. Worth the wait? You bet it was! We will return, and we'll try to get there early to be able to try the shredded beef.

We needed a caterer for our wedding in Sierra Vista, and the venue recommended Taco Stop. Nick was very communicative and helpful as he described the numerous options and services their team provides to their guests. I even asked my parents to taste test the tacos before booking Taco Stop, as my mom is a picky eater, and they said the food was amazing. We had around 50 guests for the wedding, and we selected the three taco plate option and offered three meat selections, including the vegetarian choice, which was an added bonus. All of our guests said the tacos were delicious. Nick and his team definitely delivered, and I recommend booking them for any catering event.
