My wife and I waited for our food for almost 25 minutes during our recent visit to this Taco Bell location. I could hear the manager and staff talking about how many people called out that day. It was not during dinner rush but it still took forever. If I hadn't paid already, I would've left. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait. Got me thinking 2 or 3 times before I'd return.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner. I totally blanked and forgot to get pictures of what we had. We got the deluxe cravings box that had the Chalupa, chips and cheese, and chicken taco. The food was really good. I'm not sure why this place only has 2.5 stars since the food and the service were pretty good.

Why can't they get their orders correct? I hate this place but my wife wanted crispy taco supremes. That's what I ordered and that's what I paid for but got no tomatoes and no sour cream. Every dang time at this bell I get cheated. I guess the only way to get it right is to go back in the kitchen myself.

do NOT go to this Taco Bell it is not only filled with staff who like to bully and harass other team members but it is also filled with management that thinks it's okay to let said bullying and harassment happen and on top of that be highly unprofessional and also disrespectful and petty not only is the environment here not professional and full of pettiness and bullying but from every other review I have seen this location isn't even a good location so not only is this store bad at being professional and at handling bullying and harassment they also just aren't good at their jobs in the first place the lobby is never clean and the bathrooms are like a nuclear fallout zone maybe if they took the time to do their jobs properly they wouldn't have time to bully and harass their own coworkers

Do NOT order your food online! They do not make your food till you get there. Which defeats the purpose of having the option of ordering your food online. This has happened six times. After the sixth time, I politely asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very dismissive and even rolled her eyes at me. She told me that they don't start making it until the customer gets there because they want to ensure that the food the customer consumes is fresh. I explained to her why that makes no sense, that someone like my self has a limited amount of time for lunch before having to return to work order online so we can enjoy our lunch and not be on a time crunch and have to slam a burrito in five minutes. I called Taco Bells corporate number and spoke to someone. I asked them how soon does my order get made when I order online. Taco Bell corporate said they should start to make my order as soon as it is placed.

8578 East Broadway Blvd Tucson, AZ 85710 Bought nachos bell grande hardly any meat mostly beans if I wanted more beans I would have ordered bean burritos the beans there are mostly pellets often cold been sitting up for a while disgusting.
