Do not I repeat do not order on line for this location. When I called to find out why the delay in receiving my online order he just told me that they haven't started it and if I cancelled on the app my money would be refunded immediately. That was a lie. The app said I couldn't cancel because it was in progress. So in essence he accepted the order when I was on the phone with him. Now my kids don't eat tonight because someone wants to pocket the only money I have. I now have a special needs child who's going to bed hungry. Thanks tAco bell

They still had my order and then decided to make me a fresh order at no charge. I said there is no need but the staff insisted. Above and beyond customer service. The staff that worked on 6/7/24 around 4 PM were the best. Thank you.

Ordered on mobile app for pickup. When I came to the counter I saw a red or blond haired guy harassing one of the young female employees in full view of the customers and other employees. She was clearly embarrassed and escaped to hand me my order. After I left I noticed I had an incorrect item and came back through the drive thru. I confirmed the aggressor, Ray, was the Manager and let him know food mistakes wouldn't happen if he was paying attention and supporting his crew instead of publicly humiliating them. Food was prepared fast, hot, and tasty.
