HORRIBLE! Valentina was so incredibly rude, for absolutely no reason, messed up my food, then proceeded to basically throw all the food in the bag upside down, and everything spilled literally EVERYWHERE. They gave me the wrong drink, even after i specifically asked for Starry, and then didn't even let me use my reward after I said I wanted to. Went back inside to ask for a new taco since the one I got was not in the shell at this point, just to have to stand in the lobby for like 5 minutes, before someone acknowledged me, JUST TO GIVE ME MORE ATTITUDE. Worst. Taco Bell. EVER!

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. They always miss their food when u order online or go thru pickup. I always have a problem here.This one girl recognized me and said she was so sorry and she gave us a mess up order for free because she felt bad. So kudos to her because she's always sweet. Other than that I'd recommend and drive a couple extra miles and go to a different Taco Bell. This location SUCKS!!!

Honestly the new grilled cheese nacho fries are not worth that $5-$7 they are priced at. You only get maybe 6-8 fries (if your lucky) and sauce and cheese. I will say yes they taste ok but not worth my money.

I understand this is nearby the UofA, but the service is terrible. Not only have they gotten my order wrong nearly every time I've ordered, whether through DoorDash,!or window, or in person, (and not just in a forgot my hot sauce way, as in they have just shoved random shit into a Taco Bell bag, with no regard for what I wanted, paid for, or ordered, because they can type of way.) They have denied me access to the bathroom after ordering, physically, slamming the door in my face multiple times, all while the lobby is still open. (at least an hour before close.) Honestly, the only reason anyone comes here is because of convenience, these workers will fuck up your food and your time. If you can (soberly) drive to the McDonald's or any local restaurant, or chain nearby, you will have a much, much, much better time. I'm sure us, as a customer, not being there or showing up makes these employees happy, which I understand! But I've never gone out of my way to be as rude and uninviting and nasty as they have. I understand the woe of being an employee to a major late night food chain. Yeah, you come into my place minutes before close, and I'm pissed. I truly get it. I've been there. But at this location, even if you come in more than an hour before closing, you're treated like dogshit, and your order is a joke. They're rude and frustrated, and I've been there. Late night food service is exhausting and frustrating , and I've been in their shoes. But wow, do they not even begin to try. Ive worked on university and suffered the drunk, loud, college population, even when I wanted to gouge my eyes out, I at least made sure your order was close to correct. I'm a human and I make mistakes, but what they do to your order feels vindictive at the worst, and careless at best. This location really takes the cake on being rude and uncaring.

Stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes because "they were understaffed". This is ridiculously unacceptable for the sheer volume of customer they deal with on a daily. And made (at least while I was there) 25-30 people very upset and verbally complaining. CLOSE FOR THE DAY!

Hey, me again you might have seen one of my reviews before... they are questionable. I have something to say about the Crunch Wrap Supreme you gave me ten months ago, well it was stupendous, however, you gave me sour cream when I SPECIFICALLY said NONE!! That made me want to pull up, but I will say it was quite yummy but I moved mountains trying to get that sour cream OFF. Taco Bell 10265 Old Vail Rd. Terrible you guys couldn't break $50 for lunch. Tried to order and pay for $13 lunch and was told they put all the change in safe. Why would you deposit all your cash in the middle of the day? Crazy! Had to got to a different fast food restaurant to get lunch. Management needs to change their policy other removed. Just lost money!
