Ordered on the app and went to pick it up. They were quite busy, but food was available within a few mins. When we got home we found out why it was so quick. The chicken used in the tacos was so old and dried out it was rock hard. We didn't. The tacos were cold so they were not freshly made even tho this was a special order. Rest of the food in the order was cold as well. So, obviously while they ate under construction they don't keep food prepped and heated properly. We will not go back.

Delia (I'm really hoping this is the right name) is an absolute beast. In the short time I was here for lunch, she greeted every single customer that came in and let them know about the current specials, she kept the place clean and made sure everyone was taken care of, and most importantly, handled each customer with care. There was a (pretty unreasonably) irate customer, and she perfectly understood what needed to be done. The customer almost 'gave up' multiple times, but Delia made sure he was taken care of. If she isn't a manager, she needs to be one ASAP. Amazing work ethic. She's the type of employee that makes you want to come back to this location again and again. Props to the kitchen as well... all food was good and service was quick. Clean bathrooms and clean eating area. 10/10 Taco Bell experience.

Not happy. I wasn't paying attention so part of the problem rests on me. I ordered 2 nacho bell grandes and a side of guacamole. I got one nacho bell grande and a very small guacamole. They charged me $7.05. I looked a online order for the same thing and it should have been $6.49. So I only got half my order and was overcharged for that. If you go, pay close attention to what you get.

Food was poorly assembled and uneven overall. My Crunchwrap supreme was open and disproportionate in terms of ingredient dispersal. The Taco Bell on River Rd made it better in comparison. However, it was pretty tasty overall, and I'll definitely go to a Taco Bell again, but this one wouldn't be my first choice without the factor of convenience.

Don't know why I went back here. Last time I was shorted a burrito. This time, I got an order of nachos and Mexican pizza. Nachos were good. Crunchy chips and lots of toppings. Mexican pizza tasted like it was made out of plastic. Horrible taste. In addition I ordered online for pickup. I went out, got in my car, drove there and my order wasn't ready. I'm guessing they didn't even start making it until I arrived. Probably won't go back.
