Todd and his crew at T&R Irons are great.. The quality of workmanship and customer service are excellent.. Todd made a custom security door and matching side gate for my home. I had to have the front door replaced 6 months later and my security door did not fit.. I spoke with Natalie ( who is great by the way) in the office and Todd came back out and remeasured the door and a week later his team picked it up on a Friday and the door was re-installed on Wednesday the following week. My home is now complete and my door is the only one like it in the community.. Thank you to Todd and the entire T&R Crew for the customer service, quality product and professionalism..

Incredible job! There is a long wait, but it is totally worth it. I presented a design based on a Frank Lloyd Wright motif and Todd totally nailed it. Everything is quality. Thank you!

I was quite disappointed with this company.I ask for a gate to be replaced on my back patio.Ask for a Humming Bird to be put in the middle of the gate.They brought it out with the design on the outside of the gate, which made no sense as no one could see it in the small alley behind.I thought common sense would prevail, and that they should no that the design should be on the inside of the gate as it was a patio gate. They charge me $65. more, to put the design on the inside of the gate where it should of gone in the first place. They brought the gate back out and it was still not right as it opened up on the right side not the left side as the previous gate worked. They were going to charge me even more to fix that. So I took it as it is. Looks nice just not the way I wanted it. Plus I think they should not of charged me to fix the design, as it was a pretty obvious mistake they made. Dah!

Great job on the screened in porch door. Took about 6 weeks from order to installation. Installation was pretty meticulous. After they installed the frame and door, they spent time touching up paint and caulking the installation spots. Looks great and so happy we went with them.

Great people to work with! They did a specialty project for us. They were attentive and on schedule.

Their Longhorn meat was very HIGH price, but unfortunately NOT high quality. LOT's of gristle, tough and I purchased the more tender higher price cuts like Tenderloins. Definitely not worth it ! Waste of money.

Hi,First:I would NOT count on this business, they get your address then want to come out when no one is home? HUGE RED FLAG AND MAY REPORT THIS TO THE ORO VALLEY POLICE, that this Company T & R Ironworks is asking for personal information on the phone, then wants to come to the home when no one is THERE. I would say Very Bad Service, first I was book appointment, then the new girl gave me all the wrong information. There was no appointment, then Sandy calls to have the guy come out but wants to come to the house with no appt. date?I said I need to be here it is a security guard and gated community, Sandy continue to have Todd connect with me, then she said, no he not coming out because he only wants to drive up to the home with no one there? Go find someone else.....? This is after she collected all my personal information.Very odd that someone would say that, and that itself left me to believe this may be a scam. I ask the owner to call me and still waiting, to talk to him about the women who answer the phone and how they are turning down countless business opportunities and thousand of dollars.I live in a community and most I would say 90% of the homeowners are looking to have beautiful security and or a screen doors installed. Todd came out to measure and write my order the day after Christmas. I told him I wanted a BIG Road Runner on my gate, which he sketched out quickly on the order. My gates were installed early this week and I absolutely love them. The Road Runner gate is exactly what I wanted, and the double gate going across my carport is perfect. The guys who installed them were excellent - very service oriented, Todd was great too. My only bad point of the entire process was having to go to the showroom to start the process. The woman working that day was not the friendliest, and not really "with it", she only gave me a piece of paper with prices on it and didn't show me the albums of artwork that T&R has done (which are not online), so I didn't really know that T&R could make exactly what I wanted until Todd came for the appointment. Also it didn't feel like the office knew what the shop was doing. Other than that disconnect, the rest was great. Excellent product.
