One of the many gift shops located in the "tourist trap" district of Tombstone. But it stood out with the animatronic fortune teller for the most part. That and the non-intrusive customer service. It's worth checking out.

This is a great little gift shop to find something fun for yourself or a friend as a souvenir from Tombstone, AZ. It is not very large, but there are many shelves to browse and neat things hanging from the walls (dreamcatchers, artwork, outdoor decor, etc.). All of it is very thematic to the desert region. I got a cute painted ceramic skull, as well as five postcards for $1 to send to my friends while I was on vaycay. The two shop owners are extremely friendly older folks, who were happy to chit-chat with me about where I was from while checking out. The woman did a very good job of bubble-wrapping my item so as to ensure its safety on the rest of my journey. She was also more than happy to exchange a dollar bill for 4 quarters, as I wanted to utilize the penny press machine just outside her establishment. There's also a hilarious animatronic Wyatt Earp in the style of those Zoltar machines that "tell your fortune."This shop is almost right next door to the O.K. Corral, so if you're going to that gunshow, I'd suggest poking your head into Sue's. =)

When opening a shop on Tombstone's historic Allen Street, you better BRING It, whether or not you're going hot-and-heavy on the Wyatt Earp/Doc Holliday/and OK Corral gear. Superstition Sue Gifts has found a way to balance a little bit of the Old West with a little bit more of Arizona's other history--from Native American to Arizona's famed gemstones. First, the place is unique. I mean, where else will you find a turquoise-encrusted cow skull? Native American headdresses adorned with beads, furs, as well as horns or antlers? An animatronic Wyatt Earp that'll tell your fortune? Ladies, if you like necklaces, this is the place for you. If you like big, if you like multi-necklaces that'll make you look like a classy co-ed on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras, if you like lots of Turquoise, SSG is a must to visit. Dreamcatchers are big in Arizona gift shops ... SSG has the best selection I've seen. And you'll find the selection of tourist town knick-knacks: post-cards, humorous license plates, cowboy boots, and, yes, movie posters fro the Val Kilmer/Kurt Russell classic, "Tombstone". And don't forget to drop some coinage in the Wyatt Earp Fortune Teller!

I wish they had negative reviews. My husband purchased a $100 David Yanni White Crystal Opal ring that is FAKE!!! The "Stone" is a piece of sparkly plastic glued to a piece of cork. What a RIP-OFF!!DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT buy anything from this store.
