Super Star Car Wash - E Speedway Blvd

Superstar Car Wash membership plan is cross-state. I'm from California and I appreciate that I could drive into a superstar car wash in Arizona. The membership is worth it even if you wash your car once a week. Since there is one located near my job I go twice a week.Happy Car Washing

What car wash? We spent $22 for the top-of-the-line car wash, and the entire right side never even got wet. The only thing even remotely clean on the car was the windshield. We were in a hurry, and only realized how bad it was when we got to our next location. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go back and get a refund. I can't believe my car looked *worse* when it came out of the wash than when it went in.

I went through the car wash. There was one girl working the lanes and she was talking to a car with guys. The other lane was blocked by a cone. She kept talking to these guys and wasn't letting anyone go through. After 13 mins of waiting, she goes to move the cone. When I told her it was about time, she refused me service for being rude. She is a chubby girl with black hair and glasses. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere. She is ruining your business

Where to start? The Vacuums couldn't pick up a piece of paper. Super Weak. The attendants are so pushy trying to get you to buy their monthly subscription at a self service kiosk. Mister Car Wash is bad enough but this is the worst.

Large/long driveway with multiple registers so wait times shouldn't ever be long. Al la carte washes start at $7.99 for just suds and blow dry to over $20 with various shines and wax upgrades. Interestingly they use foam "brushes" rather than the more common soft cloth strips. There's also a large, free, self-vacuuming area once you exit the carwash. They also offer unlimited monthly memberships (approximately $30 +/-) that seem pretty reasonable versus their al la carte prices.The only criticism is that the rinse and blow dry cycles cannot reach the area beneath the roof spoiler -- many/most SUVs have a small lip or spoiler that extends 4-5 inches beyond the rear roof and overhangs the rear window a bit. The staging of Super Star's rinsing jets and dryers cannot reach Any of the glass that's under that spoiler, so once you are through all the cycles and on the road, thick soapy streaks run down the entire width of the back window :-/ See pic. Otherwise it was a terrific experience.

I went into superstar car wash to get my car washed and clean. After I went through, the manager Anthony had noticed that the wash i ordered wasn't the correct one. He let me go through again and made sure that I received the correct wash. Needless to say to say that my car came out looking great!! He also recommended some different washes that I believe was a great deal. I also noticed that they had free vacuums and window cleaner. Thank you Anthony for your awesome customer service and will be returning soon!!

Car was washed ok but beware the attendants at the pay machine. One guy tried to charge me an upgraded service when I asked for the basic $11 wash.

Thank you Super Star car wash for having a team to help old people wash my car.I just got out of church and came to wash my car and the whole team was here. Lucky Ivory Gardner and Will got me through the car wash Lucky Ivory Gardner came over to show me how to vacuum use the equipment. I didn't know you had air. Manager Damon came over and told me I needed a little air and put it in for me. I'm 67 years old and I had two knee replacements but the whole team got me through. Caroline looking good and smells good. Thank you Super Star for happy Lucky Gardner put your plate in get you going and she checked on me to see if I needed any help.Then everyone showed up to teach me and help me. Amen. What's up with the hillbilly deal of tossing the blue towels into the bins y'all are doin' Now ??? Makes y'all look lazy as hell and having the customers dig em' out to use is welp, The Lazy way , As shown below !!! They are all dry and twisted together, what,,, was folding them and lookin' like you give a shit, just too much for y'all to handle ? Start foldin' and I'll come back !!! The manager Erika was rude, she needs to go back for Trainning, how to talk with customers and how to get the shop clean , you only can find dirty towels everywhere on speedway location, Tucson AZ
