Super Cleaners

Had some alterations done here for a bridesmaid dress. They did exactly what I asked to the dress and it was ready to be picked up in a decent amount of time. The man working was very nice. Only constructive feedback I have is that it was a little pricey to alter here.

Went here for the first time this past week for some alterations. Staff was friendly and got the job done for a fair price, and decent turnaround. The alterations were completed correctly as well.

Solid and consistent dry cleaner in an area with very few choices. Prices are reasonable (sometimes a little on the high side for certain items) but they really do a great job. The guy who is always in there when I drop off is super nice and friendly which goes a long way... always a big smile on his face. Every now and again you will see a coupon for them, but not often. They also do alterations - plus!

I have been using this cleaners for a few years now and have never had a negative experience. In fact, they got an old stain out of a very delicate dance costume (white satin, covered in fringe and sequin) making it possible for my daughter wear on Halloween. It looked brand new again, and she even won a costume contest :) I will continue to use, and recommend, them for any dry cleaning needs.

Horrible customer service - wait, no such thing as good customer service. I would give it zero stars, if I can.

DON'T USE THIS CLEANERS. EVER.I took two pair of pants to be dry cleaned. They LOST the pants. They told me they would re-imburse me for the pants. I told them what they cost and they said it was too expensive? What? Don't ask, if you aren't going to pay. They don't return calls and have been very rude. They should not be in business. Poor customer service and they LOST the pants.

Although I got a gut feeling during the fitting that they were not listening to me, I chanced it and hired them to alter three pairs of pants. The pants are now so short they look like capris (I am male and did not want this). No refund or apology. Avoid this shop.
