Love this place! We got our wedding set custom designed here. We came in with images of a few rings I wanted for wedding rings (A little of this a little of that, not so thin here, etc.) Vincent created a wax mold and sourced the stones. I went in and tried the wax mold and made a few requests for adjustments. When we went back my adjustments were perfect and the stones were temporarily set in the wax mold so we could see how the ring would look. The actual ring was given to me by my now husband months later and I love it! It's exactly what I wanted and fits my personality and lifestyle (I'm not delicate on my jewelry.) My husband selected 3 bands and had them soldered together. The work was so flawless I didn't think twice about it until he accidentally broke the solder. We just had a local (now we're in TX) jeweler repair it and I'm so shocked by the level of care and skill that went into the original solder. I highly recommend this place. Our friends have been doing business with Vincent for years for custom pieces. His work is amazing and the selection in the shop is gorgeous.

Vincent is the best!!! He does all of our repairs on jewelry and watches and we bought the most beautiful cuff turquoise bracelets that he created! True artist!!

I ordered a ring to be made on Nov. 2, 2021; I picked out the stone, had my finger sized, filled out the info and gave Vincent $100 deposit. He said it would be 4 weeks. In 4 weeks I came back. He said it would be the week before Christmas. I didn't hear from him. I came back after Christmas - he said it would be a couple of weeks. Get the pattern? Feb. 14 I went into the shop and showed me what he said was my ring 1/2 completed. It did not look like the stone I ordered and he said it would be done "in a couple of days and he would see me then." By this time, 4 months later, I figured it was over. I called Visa to have the charges reversed for the deposit. He told Visa that the ring was finished and I never came in to get it. I called him on March 8 to see if we could figure out the problem and miscommunication. I was met with verbal abuse and anger. He called me a "liberal." At one point he threatened to not sell me the ring nor to return my deposit. This went on for 20 minutes. I was trying to be calm and trying to get him to calm down. It didn't end that way. No business person should treat their customers like this. I don't even want the ring at this point but he refuses to return my deposit. He told me to take him to court. Horrible experience.

Highly recommend Sunrise Jewelers and Trading Company. Vince and Sherry are wonderful kind caring people. Plus Beautiful Opals, Turquoise and Jewelry. We will always come here when we are in Tubac, Arizona.

Horrible and rude service. I waited three weeks for an earring repair, I was told it was take 1-2 weeks. I was in the area so I decided to stop in store, shop around and ask for an update. The man was incredibly rude and became irate even though I was respectful and patient. He complained about all the work he had and I told him I'd just take my earrings back. I can wait but I wasn't willing to give my money to someone like that, I'd rather take business elsewhere. He got my antique earrings and tossed them at me as I was thanking him. He did this in front of my partner and my small child. Shocked a man with this behavior and service gets business!

Very nice. The owner was helpful and we found a simple ring we were looking for. We will stop in again. They have some hat spurs that were very unique.

Horrible, nasty, and rude service. I waited 6 weeks to follow up on a stated 3-week wedding ring repair and was told it would be ready the net day. One week later I called again. Vince, the owner, proceeded to berate and disrespectfully scream at me on the phone at how busy he is and has "hundreds of repairs" and that I "am not his only customer". He hung up on me before I could tell him he didn't have to worry about me as a customer anymore. His jewelry is excessively overpriced also. There are much better authentic jewelry stores to purchase from than here.

I have known Vincent for 12 years since first finding Sunrise Jewelers. I have purchased many pieces from him over the years and they are my "go to" jewelry to wear when I'm in that statement piece mood. Always receive compliments on anything of his I have on. Very accommodating and friendly to all customers every time I'm in there. In fact it always feels like a reunion or impromptu party inside Sunrise. Beautiful work, very fair pricing, great people to work with. The Blue Opals are amazing. What else can you ask for. Highly recommended, a must visit when in Tubac!
