Sundance

I'm currently replacing my wardrobe. I despise clothing shopping but found several cute tops and dresses online. I ran into the store today and was disappointed in the selection. Drab, although a few cute pieces. Ultimately, the staff turned me off. One gal said hello with a smile but the other followed and wouldn't smile. I felt like she was watching me, afraid I'd steal something. Disappointed since I had high hopes with my wardrobe adventures. Value isn't great either. $140+ for the tops I was looking at, and they were not particularly the best fabric or style. I found several outfits at a shop in the plaza right after and had excellent service. I won't return to Sundance.

I always just want to come in to Sundance, sit on one of the beautiful chairs and pretend Iive there. Their clothing to their gifts to their home furnishings are just so colorful, homey and welcoming. The staff who work here clearly love it too- friendly and always helpful. For years I was stuck ordering on line - but now AZ is lucky enough to have 2 stores! Here and North of here. This location is my favorite- it's set up, the staff, their Jewelry selection. The ladies will always say "Hi welcome, please let me know of there's anything I can help you with" - and I always promptly reply with - I want one of everything! Their displays are just beautiful.

Three stars for the clothing. It's unique and they use nice fabrics. Sometimes it's fun to browse around and see what they have. Clearly though they do not put their focus on customer relations LOL. The clerks at EVERY other store at the shopping center were exponentially more friendly and welcoming!!!

I was glad to see that a Sundance store was opening in Tucson. I've been to one in Salt Lake City and always enjoyed going there to browse and sometimes find a gem. This store is in La Encantada and recently opened. They seem to have more jewelry than I remember at the other store and fewer gift items but still have interesting things including clothes that you won't find in other stores. I have liked the quality of their clothes and the unique designs. They have a mix of clothing such as velvet items, casual pants, jackets, bohemian style shirts and skirts, a nice mix. Prices are a little high but quality is good. It's fun to browse but you just might find something you can't live without or the perfect gift for a hard-to-buy-for person. i'm glad they opened a store in Tucson.

Really beautiful clothes, shoes and jewelry for all. All very well made! The staff is very helpful.

Last week (Oct. 28) I witnessed appallingly rude behavior by a salesperson (white, 60s, salt and pepper (mostly salt) hair with bangs). A customer asked if any items were on sale, or if she bought something and it went on sale the following week, would they honor the price. (A reasonable question.) The salesperson sniffed, "We're not Costco." Zero friendliness, 100% snark.I was shocked but did not say anything because I didn't want the person to feel worse. Two other salespeople were there and at least one was within a few feet of this exchange, but she didn't step in to say anything or ameliorate the rudeness. Which makes me think the offender may be the manager.I will never shop there again. (And this was how they treated a well-dressed white woman! I can only imagine how others would fare. No thanks.)

I'm not sure what these reviews about salespeople being rude are all about! Anytime I've gone there (probably way too often!) the staff have always been super nice and professional. I'm not rich by any means and don't look like I am either. Don't be put off coming here! Their clothes are fabulous and well made and if you happen to hit a sale even better! Also they have an online outlet and if you come to the store and have them order it for you, you don't have to pay shipping, which is really great because shipping on the website is $20 no matter how much you spend. The gals know I'm ordering from them in person to save $20 and nobody has ever treated me as less than. 100% recommend this store!

Visiting from put of town and found a very helpful staff and good selection of holiday clothes.

Very unfortunate service. I purchased two items to be shipped to a family member. Assistant stated if I purchased in store instead of on line I would pay no shipping cost. One has not arrived at its destination after 10 days and the other arrived 3 days after purchase at MY residence instead of intended address. Beautiful merchandise, disappointing service.
