Doctors are attentive, good with adults and children. Opticians are great, too- very helpful at maximizing benefits AND picking frames! Valerie specifically was so helpful.

My son and I had eye appointments as we've both been experiencing difficulty lately. Scheduling over the phone was super easy and the lady was helpful with finding my eye insurance in their system. They were able to get us in within two weeks. The exam was pretty simple, technology has come along way to make things fast. The Dr was very friendly and confirmed our concerns. Mr. Lopez helped us pick out glasses that didn't break the bank as this was our very first time needing glasses. Mr. Lopez also explained prices and policies to help up us make the right decision. My husband made an appointment there as well after hearing our experience went.

I too went to Sunburst Optical and my glasses broke within 24 hours they had a crack down the lenses.Funny? Not at $750.00. I have had glasses for over 50 years and NEVER experienced this. If it is funny... you can go and see if you enjoy the experience Marlin G.

Bring the POPCORN I went to Sunburst Optical 6 weeks ago to purchase my prescription lenses and it was a disaster. As a disable military veteran we are limited when it comes to vision and health insurance we can afford and select. 6 weeks ago I was at their office looking for some glasses that will fit me and my budget. I was able to find what I was looking and we ordered the glasses. All the way until today when we are trying to paid for the order I was informed by the sales person they do not accept my insurance. #BlueCross #BlueShield #FepBlueVision #OptionHighI asked why they don't accept this insurance and was told by their representative it was the OWNERS CALL NOT TO ACCEPT THE INSURANCE. So I called @bluecross 1-800-773-2847 and they told me the reason most likely was that they are selling over priced lenses and Blue Cross will not paid their premium prices. This business actions are not in traditions to any service member, integrity. Look somewhere else. Falcon 6 Over.

Worst experience ever! I ordered lenses for frames I had purchased from them previously. When I picked them up I could not see at all! I told them something was wrong. They told me I just had to get used to them. I get that if it was new frames or a significantly new prescription but that was not the case. They assured me the prescription was exactly as the provider order and I should just give it a try. I left feeling unheard AND couldn't see. I returned again after having to switch back to an old pair and a previous (very old) prescription because I could not see. This time someone else was helping me (I later learned she was the office manager). She told me new glasses are like a new pair of shoes they take time to adjust. Again I insisted I could not see there must be something wrong with the lenses and asked her to put my old lenses back in so I could at least be using a more updated prescription (even though it was the not the one I needed) until they could get me in to see the provider again because she insisted the lenses were made with the prescription he ordered. When she put my old lenses back in I said "something isn't right" I cant see with these, are you sure you put in my old lenses? She actually laughed at me loud enough the whole store heard her. I left, embarrassed, defeated, angry, and STILL could not see. I went home and my husband looked at the glasses and found she had mounted the lenses backward. As soon as he fixed them I could see. I went back to the store, told the only person that treated me with respect what had happened, and she mounted the new lenses (the correct direction) and wow I could see perfectly! Two associates in the store mounted my lenses backward and told me it was just something I had to get use to. It was basically my problem not the fact they mounted the lenses wrong. Never going back and don't recommend their Customer Service at all!

I highly do not recommend Sunburst Optical! They do NOT tell you about a 20% restocking fee even if your glasses are incorrectly made. To no fault of my own they will not make good on their work by replacing the lenses with correct ones, or refunding my full purchase. I was told I was in the wrong, and when I got upset I was very rudely treated and asked to leave. I spent over $1000 on glasses and now I'm shit out of luck!

Unreliable and Unresponsive. Don't waist your time or money going to this office for glasses. If you have any issues... good luck! The office manager rules the roost, not the optometrist nor the opticians. Office manager was rash, rude, and doesn't have a clue how to deal with people, problem solve or even communicate in a civil manner. My advice, don't subject yourself to this treatment and stay as far away as possible - find any other optometrists office!
