This location refused to accept a coupon from an elderly lady in front of us, and then refused to provide the "free" cookie with an upgrade to a sandwich, stating that "this store doesn't do that." The manager and staff explained their owner, Mark, instructed all staff not to accept coupons or provide cookies with an upgrade. I felt bad for the staff, as they seemed afraid of retribution from Mark the owner, and seemed to acknowledge their disagreement with his questionable ethics.

So.... Way beyond time to update this review! They have gone from negative stars to 5 stars in my book! They are now happy to add as many veggies as you'd like with a smile on their face! They have become our go-to local subway as they know proper protocols for food allergies! As soon as I let them know we have food allergies they happily let me know that they will be doing a glove change and focus on the food item for my child with a food allergy! They don't make me feel rushed no matter how long the line may be! They have even made it a habit to ask if there are any peanut/nut or peanut oil allergies when you purchase their cookies! I'm happy they've turned things around and we look forward to our almost weekly trip to subway where my son can eat his meal worry free! Thank you for caring about your customers! My family appreciates it more than you know!

I don't usually eat at Subway because I've always found them to be somewhat ... lacking. But I stopped into this one on a whim, and was reasonably surprised. For starters, they've updated the look of the store. I've posted two pictures of their wall art. It's the same photos on both walls, but in very different frames. On one side they are large, frameless, turn-of-the-century-style images in bold colors. The other side has small versions of the photos in large frames with comically oversized mattes -- a more modern style. But this isn't an art museum, as I was quickly reminded by the tables beneath the art, which still had old food wrappers and mess on them.The store was understaffed for the size of the line, with only two visible employees. One was working very quickly and efficiently, and I liked that she washed her hands and put on fresh gloves after every time she stopped to ring up a customer. The other employee was much slower.I ordered the new Chipotle Chicken Melt With Guacamole after being captivated by its photo on the menu board. Overall, I thought the sandwich was good -- the only exception was the chicken. Despite toasting the sandwich, the chicken was quite cold. Was it frozen when he put it in the toaster? There was nothing even warm about the toasted sandwich. The chicken is also devoid of any texture or flavor. It's as generic as fast food chicken can possibly be.It's worth noting that the guacamole was quite good, although the employee described it as "spicy" and I don't think I would use that term.Overall, the highlights of the trip were the speed and attention to detail of one of the employees, plus the interesting juxtaposition of the wall art. The downsides were primarily limited to the dirty state of the store, the cold "toasted" sandwich, and the low quality of the chicken.

Ordered a foot long the boss they had no mozzarella they were out and so they charged the full price - I was stupid and should have just ordered the reg meatball added pepperoni and saved .80 cents or a dollar and would have been happier because I really wanted the mozzarella cheese They didn't even offer that was the point to I guess

The staff are very friendly but this is legit the first time after coming to this location that my order has been wrong. And for 10 dollars a sandwich that is a problem. How do you only apply one thin row of meat to a sub that has 3 different types to it? And also folding the sandwich shut with the open end facing the bins and letting the filling land in the condiments? Good way to cross contaminate it for those who have allergies. As well as the matter that the cookies I had purchased were pretty hard. Just disappointing

Normal Subway with good cleanliness and food. Employee effort seemed low with minimal awareness. No tray provided for dining in the lobby. Couldn't get the employees attention to get a fork.
