Close to the Hogan School of Real Estate. Consistent food and for a small location they are able to move the line during the lunch rush.

Usually I wouldn't write a complaint when a place gets my order wrong however, it happens nearly every time I order online from this location. I would like to know why the employees care less about online orders than the orders they prepare in person. I get sauce in the side so I can reheat it later, but now it will soggy. As a worker in the food industry, I believe every customer should be given the same curtesy regardless of online or in-person orders. Once again I would not be complaining if this was the first time this happen to me. Unfortunately my orders being incorrect is business as usual at this location.

The staff was friendly however I did not notice any hairnets. I did however see a baseball cap being worn by the employee who put together my sandwich. This is probably why halfway through my 6inch sub I got two thin black hairs in my bite. Clearly human hairs by the way. Instantly trashed my sandwich and managed to keep the rest down. I'm not sure why to be honest. I will NOT be returning to this location and I strongly suggest everyone else in the area do the same for the benefit of your health.

A moment of convenient weakness has once again led me into the hostile arms of my pretender friend: the Grant-Alvernon Subway.*le sigh*With an employee change, I was hoping there was an improvement, but somehow no. Different employees = different problems, but the old issues of grumpy+slow service and a complete lack of listening skills is still there.All I wanted was a simple all-veggie club.Why do I have answer that I don't want cheese 3 times with 2 people AFTER Person 1 tells Person 2 that there's no cheese on my sub?If I'm not acting irritable about this, why is the employee becoming aggressive and rude?If mine's ready, why am I waiting for three other subs to be toasted and bagged first?!Why is it that when I say I want "all veggies", I find no peppers or pickles in my sandwich?!Must I brave bad tempered, snappy service for a lousy sub?Old problems + new problems = 1 star.Goodbye Subway. Jimmy John's has proved to actually be there for me when it counts. I think I'm unfriending you.

Bad Subway. I got in line behind 3 construction worker-type dudes who ordered ornate sandwiches with lots of this, a little of that, more of that, don't be shy with the olives, oops wrong bread. One compliant worker on the line. Maybe 10 minutes later, it's my turn. I like vegetables. I'm not a big meat eater. "you sure you don't want bacon?" no. i do not want bacon. "avocado? it's vegetable." no. i do not want avocado. "toasted?" yes. toasted. i just told you that. "extra cheese? i mean, all you are getting is vegetables." glare. ding."what do you want on this?" spinach. "spinach?!" spinach. other things too. me: do you have red wine vinaigrette? "huh?" just oil and vinegar, then. girl cashier emerges all slow, out of uniform."you want a cookie?" no. "chips?" no. "a drink?" no. twenty minutes later, no tip later, i leave with my messy, less than toasted sandwich. never going back again.

Given the fact that these employees have to deal with some of the local crazies, I sadly just witnessed first hand, I don't envy them. I do however admire the mature and friendly way they treated them. Regardless of how belligerent or rude the loitering drug addicts were. The employees were pleasant and the sandwich was delicious.

food could've been better, bread was stale, one sandwich had a weird taste and smell to it. the girl working was super rude and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.

I love subway and a regular customer, but today was one of my worst experience ever. Worker called me a bitch because I asked her to warm up my meat/cheese. And to top it off I was the only customer there so its not like she was in a hurry or dealing with a long line. She lucky I kept my cool and didn't jump over that counter and caught a case early in the a.m. I will no longer return to this local subway.

Yes I ordered some sandwiches on the app for Subway and I only would the app hard way to do it but when I got there the lady behind the counter was so rude she said all you have to wait 15 minutes now it doesn't say that anywhere on the app so I don't know where this rule came from but you didn't need to be rude about it I think she needs to be retrained or that's why she's going to keep losing business

They made a salad that could fit in a cup from KFC were they put their mashed potatoes in. I'm very disappointed
