Normally I wouldn't do this , but this comoany has been the worse property rental company by far! I was warned too and I said nooo let me give them a chance. yup I was wrong . i rented out a new home, and there were so many things wrong with the home and still nothing has been fixed it's been 10 months . there was water damage and was sent out of the home for over 2 weeks they promised us reimbursements and was sent an email that they don't do that Kb homes does ? like sir your the property management Im not the owner . I still have about 2 months left and for some reason they decide to erase my login information so now I can't go in and pay my rent for the following month , put in a claim or check the status of any claims already done . DO NOT go with them , the landlord has even stated they are done with these people they charged them for things they don't even do in the house . like "providing" 3 air vents cheap I might add when the house needs 7 air vents. disappointing. never again . worse company ever! this review is by far not talking about the nice lady who always answers the calls this is the so called owner "John"

Excuses excuses excuses. Nothing but excuses. Took longer to write excuses than fix problems. WhateverJohn and Pam will take every opportunity to milk every dime out of a good renter. Will charge for every speck of dust. I guess when you rent, you aren't supposed to actually live there. I had to kill a rattlesnake and they instead provided us with ER protocol. A JOKE

If you need a Management company for your rental property or you're looking to buy or sale one SUburban REG was great for my wife and I. Back mid 2015 we moved out of state and decided to rent out the property until early 2020. After which Suburban was there to help with the sale. We were out of state, moving overseas, and the members of the company we always professional and understanding. To no fault of Suburban there were a few speed bumps with the COVID pandemic, but the team at Suburban didn't let that slow them down and didn't their best to keep my wife and I informed. John Malozsak, our Realitor, knew when an email, a text, or a call was needed and if we ever find our way back in southern Arizona looking to make a home, we will be reaching out to them for help once again.

I've worked with John and his team for almost 5 years! They are the very best, when I first met John @ Suburban he managed the rental of my house, it was such a relief to have it with Suburban, they took care of everything and every time I needed something I always had great service from anyone that answered my calls, after some years of renting my house, I decided to Sell my house and again John and he's team at Suburban helped me to accomplish that, even though selling a house it's kind of stressful, with their help I got it done, then again after that, John helped me to look for a new house, going out of his way to meet me all over Tucson and surrounding areas to look for my new home, and after seeing so many of them , with Johns patience I found my new home, and John was there every step of the way! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and he's team !!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!This is the worse customer I have ever dealt with. We couldn't get hold of anyone. They lost our paperwork. Up the rent in the middle of trying to get the place and after wasting our time ten days later said no for income. Their application asks for gross income but in the end they used our net income to disqualify us. If the application asked for the net income in the first place they could have saved us time and money. Now we are in a fix with no where to live and very little time to look. Zero stars is what they deserve. A+ with the bbb. The bbb rating means nothing.

No, no and NO WAY. Don't get involved with this business in anyway! We listed a house with them, and though it sold very quickly, the whole process after that was a nightmare! If I could give them any piece of advise to save aggravation for their future customer's, it would be to communicate better with their clients. Selling a house is enough of a nightmare without having to worry about the backend of the process. I myself had to get certain paperwork that I had requested several times from my agent, including the CCNR's for the HOA, paperwork from title, and communicating with Title and our lender directly. Not to mention still getting requests to sign paperwork AFTER we already closed and funded. Be very cautious if you do decide to do business with this company.

I rented from this group for two years.... they did a good job mostly, they were not very empathetic.... I had paid 16 months before my payment was due. Then my mom passed away and I was out of town and could not sign on because I did not take my personal computer with my saved passwords....and my rent was three days late .... anyway it got real ugly .... John made me drive way out of my way to take him cashiers check plus a late fee of 100 dollars...... it was a very ugly situation after a perfect pay record and I have a 820 credit score! and I am an old senior!There were a few other ugly situations I did receive my deposit back but of course they held out 60 dollar administration fee and 50 doLars to change the locks !I hate to post negative things but had I known what I learned I would not have rented from them.... just saying!

I owned a home in Sahuarita that I considered to be my baby! When we got orders to move in 2017, I was super nervous about renting it out, but was not ready to let it go to sell. I fortunately found Suburban Real Estate! Pam worked to explain the process of renting and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We were lucky to have three good tenants over the past few years! When the time came to change tenants, Pam again made sure she kept me up to date and the house rented again seamlessly! The time came this year to sell the house. We ran into a couple small issues with things that needed to be fixed when the tenants moved out. Not living in the state to take care of things on my own was stressful, but John was amazing and answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns! I was very thankful to have Suburban as our property manager!

Suburban Real Estate Group managed our property in Rancho Sahuarita for 9 years and we could not have asked for a better management company! I would like to specifically highlight Pamela Kerg. She is by far one of the most responsive and professional Property Managers I've ever dealt with. Since we live out of state we had to rely on her many times to work through tenant placements, repairs, routine home maintenance, and a whole host of other issues over the years. Honestly, the whole Suburban team has been phenomenal. We truly appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Property Management Team. If it wasn't for this COVID-19 mess we would have kept our home in AZ and we would still be with Suburban...... Thank you!

We had a good experience overall with Suburban. The staff were professional and good about returning phone calls. They did a great job finding renters for our place and keeping on top of maintenance and repairs that needed to occur. Their online system makes it easy to view financial ledgers.My biggest complain was when people were viewing the house to see if they wanted to rent it. We've never had any animals inside the house whatsoever and our rental agreement stated "no pets" at the time, but our neighbors reported some people were walking through the house with their dogs. I suppose it's not a big deal because we ended up rescinding the "no pets" policy, but it seems at odds with our initial wishes.
