Hunter is amazing whenever I call to ask a question. Very helpful with helping me schedule for driving lessons. The instructors are very nice and informative. I have not finished my behind the wheel lessons yet, but of the lessons I have taken so far, it gave me confidence in driving.

My son just finished up the 10 hour course and passed the test with confidence. Bill Oakes was his instructor and was excellent! He was calm, encouraging, and helped my son feel confident on the road. His instruction, especially with parking, helped build my son's skills for safe driving. The schedule online does fill up pretty quickly, but if you call to schedule on Tuesdays it is a total breeze. This was definitely worth the money we paid!

Highly recommend! I signed my daughter for a 10 hour driving package where the driving instructor picks her from home and drive in 2 hour scheduled sessions. If you can try to schedule with Debra. She's an amazing instructor that her students have to be on a wait list because her slots quickly fill up. She's very patient and has a way with teenagers especially if you have an anxious one when it comes to driving. I also recommend, getting their driver's permit class (classroom setting) with them because their instructors really teach them the important lessons so they can pass the written test. Definitely worth the price and thanks to Debra, my daughter passed her driving test!

Stop and Go Driving School is the best place in Tucson to learn driving. Their cars have brakes on the passenger side for added security. They accommodate special needs students and were very friendly, supportive and thorough with education and skills.Peter is a wonderful instructor and uses humor and stories as examples to ease the nervousness of new students. He has nerves of steel during every new bump in the road, and confidently takes control of the vehicle if ever necessary. He gets new learners on the road almost immediately and plunges them into driving with confidence.Thank you for a great driving experience and for laying the groundwork for success and safety in driving.

I went through the 10 hour driving class with Stop and Go a few months ago. I am so glad I did, I really felt like I was learning. If you are able to get Phil or Peter as your instructors, you will be so happy. These two instructors were incredibly kind and sensitive to the nerves that a student might be experiencing (especially a student who was already so nervous, they waited until they were in their 20's to learn ((I'm talking about myself haha))). They kept up little bits of chit chat, cracked a few jokes and got to know their students. It helped ease my nerves a little, I trusted them because of how they opened up. Peter and Phil genuinely wanted their students to pass the driving test and they worked with me to ensure that I would be successful. They are the reason that I give them a 5 star.Kaleb was an ok instructor, but for someone like me, who was incredibly nervous, it wasn't fantastic. He spoke maybe a total of 5 or 6 sentences to me for the entire two hour course. There were a few times where he forgot to direct me to turn when he wanted me to make turns- instead of waiting until the next light, he would grab the steering wheel and guide the car. It happened twice in my ride, which I don't think was very helpful. Avoid classes with Cole as much as possible. He is pretty mean. I actually started tearing up during the 2 hour session. He was the instructor for my second session with Stop and Go. I was berated because I hadn't really worked on driving around curbs yet and almost ran up onto the curb. He felt that I should have already covered not sliding across the curbs or driving onto them in my first session- even though there were no curbs to practice the with in my the parking lot we used during my first session. While I learned a few things with Cole, it wasn't worth it to be feeling badly, nervous and uncomfortable my entire 2 hour session. (I am also not saying this because I want my money back or anything else. I just wanted to give a warning to anyone who might be a nervous driver like myself. I just wanted to share my experience in the hope that I help someone else out there decide which instructors they want to work with).

Stop and Go is the best. I got my license after not being able to and Colt helped me feel right back at ease. It took me 5 weeks to get back on track. He really helped me feel comfortable in a car again. Thank you so much. Colt really helps his drivers understand the road and he takes you many different places all over Tucson to practice. Pick Colt.

This school is the best! I've had a couple of instructors, but Kaleb has been the most helpful! He was very patient with me and kept conversation with me the whole time which eased my anxiety during the drive. He was very motivating and positive. I am really looking forward to my next classes with him!

Parents- go with your kids. I did this as an adult (21) and the instructors were all nice, but they are supposed to talk a lot to act as a distraction, which is fine, but several of the drivers made weird comments about driving with people born outside of the country. It felt like they were looking down on those people. Otherwise, it was helpful, but the comments were unnecessary and unprofessional.

My student driver gained valuable experience and info with the instructors, but availability and punctuality were extremely lacking. There were never weekend slots open, so we had to schedule during the week, early morning before school started several times. On each of those mornings instructors were 10+ minutes late picking my driver up, and thenlate to drop her off causing there to be a rush to get her to school on time. I found it odd the majority of available time slots are during the week, during the day when so many of the students are school aged. Again, my driver felt like they learned some good things during their 10 hours worth of lessons, but it was us, the customer, adjusting to Stop & Go's schedule, when for $800 you would think the schedule and punctuality would be more customer driven.
