Sticky's Smoke Shop

I've experienced Sticky's for about 3 years now. The staff has been consistently helpful and warm. Great selection and always happy with my purchases :)

Don't waste your money cuz that's exactly what will happen if you shop here. I have never known any business to not stand behind their products. Sticky's not only does not stand behind their products but they don't give a crap about it either. Bought zig zag blunt wraps that were dried up and crumbled. Tried to exchange but nope. Even after they admitted to have gotten a bad batch with numerous complaints. Then my husbands wanted to try a new e-cig so got one they had him try it in store which worked that once but then got home and doesn't work at all. Nothing it's charged but nada. Went right back in wouldn't do a freaking thing. What a joke. We work hard for our money not to just throw it away. I never heard of a store that you shop at your own risk,,,!!! BEWARE

Much needed shop here in Rita Ranch! Store is clean, well stocked with a good variety of tobacco/cigar products. Humidor in house to ensure quality & freshness. Excellent selection of wraps and rolling papers. Fair selection of water pipes and smoking devices of your preference. Owner/staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Laid back feel with no nagging. All sales are final!

Good smoke shop near the house. Decent selection with good prices. I usually stop in once a week or so and there's always something I want on their shelves.

they sold me multiple faulty pieces and then refused to give me a return because I had used it after I walked out all of their products are complete trash and break after a couple weeks

They sold me a 100$ device with a faulty battery and refused to give me a refund. The manager very rude and not understanding. They said 'no returns'. This is not a return when the device doesn't even work as advertised and it's not my fault. They made me pay $20 for a replacement battery which is absolutely outrageous and probably illegal. I would take this more seriously but I'm not going to get lawyers involved over a $100 dispute. I know I'm never coming back here again, just know that this shop does not care about customers and will blame you for their mistakes.

Very disrespectful staff. One I've the ladies working the cash register had nothing nice to say what so ever. She had a really nasty attitude. Immediately me walking through the door she rolled her eyes at the sight of me and had sighed as if me entering was troubling her. I'm not asking for dealership like customer service but dang at leas be respectful if you want people's business. Amongst all other things I tried to remain as respectful as possible to this young lady. After testing the product before I left I smiled and said "thank you have a great day"and the only thing that came out of her mouth was "mhmm" idk what it is with these self entitled kids now a days but back in my day I would've definitely been let go for having attitude like that towards any business coming in. If I was the manager I would've definitely given her a first and final warning for that. And for the employee I'm referring to that was working on the date of 7/28/2022 at 10:36 am you genuinely need a reality check. No one is asking you to have a fake smile and be all cheerful at a smoke shop but have some respect for your customers and if that is too much to ask for maybe it's time for another minimum wage job. Would not recommend this business at all I've seen some of the other reviews and it seems like the employees are a direct reflection of the manager.

The clerk was very helpful. Answered all my questions and even googled a question I had when I stepped out for a bit. Tobacco in a nice humidor too. That was my second visit there. Def going back!!! Also had cig tubes at a good price.

I walked inside the shop looking for a new bowl piece cause mine broke. I didn't know what size it was so I was looking for some good costumer service. The lady at the counter was no help at all and she was rude to me so I took my business elsewhere and got the help I needed at moon smoke shop down the street. I live right across the street but I will never shop there again. I never leave bad reviews because I'm in the service industry but the service at this shop was horrible. The lady working at the counter was brown haired hoody with darker skin tone.
