I really like this NEW smoke shop! I like the selection of tobacco products particularly the cigars and cigarillos. The service is friendly and helpful! BUT Buyer Beware. I recently purchased a hand held glass pipe from Stars. It was colored glass. But after smoking out of this pipe and cleaning it I discovered the glass was not colored. The glass was PAINTED inside. This means with heat the pipe will discharge TOXIC smoke. As of the day of this posting I don't know that the problem has been resolved. These pipes might be for sale in other smoke shops in Tucson as well. Before using any hand held colored glass pipes I highly recommend filling the pipe with isopropyl alcohol, the whole pipe, then shake it, After shaking for a minute or two pour the alcohol into a container and look for discoloration, use an instrument that will fit into the pipe and scratch it to see if PAINT is removed. I'm currently waiting to hear from the owner to see if this inventory has been taken from their shelves. Be careful, everybody's health and lives matter!

Unprofessional staff, very rude. I came in after a oil canister broke and was looking for solution. He blamed me said to "fuck off I don't want your business" and continued to be rude. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming I do not recommend. Items are cheaply made and over priced in my opinion I will not be going back.

This is my and my roommates favorite smoke shop in town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They remember what shisha we like and welcome us back each time like we are family. I won't shop anywhere else!
