You have seriously got to be kidding me! These people are crooks. I wanted to get a slab door installed on my storage room and they wanted to charge me $1432 to do it. The first sign of trouble is they will charge you $85 to measure the door. This is non refundable. The slab was $760 and the labor to install it was $680 plus $77 for hardware. To put this in perspective if I was to replace all of my interior doors it would cost me over 11 thousand dollars for 8 doors. It's still too bad that I can't leave a no star review.

We had 7 windows replaced in our home. They look great! Initially, there were issues with leaks during the driving rainstorms we've had. But after a couple attempts they did get fixed. After the workman who was sent out to fix the problem couldn't fix the issue, one of the owners, Jake and an assistant came out. Jake was able to diagnose the problem and take care of it. He also agreed to repair the damage to our drywall and paint that occurred as a result of the leaks. So, it was a hassle to work out the kinks with the install, but the company made good on taking care of the issues, and that is commendable. Also, this is a new type of window that they installed, so some kinks are to be expected. This window doesn't require cutting into the stucco in order to install it, so there's no need to repair the stucco afterward. That saves a considerable amount of expense. Bottom line: the windows look great, the price was reasonable, and the company took care of the problems that came up. I would recommend Greer Millworks for any window or door purchase/install. They are a reputable company.

I first off have several challenging Weathershield windows that needed new double hung balance springs replaced and some other tedious sliders fixed because of the house settling. Tommy and Saul came out bright and early just as the appointment was scheduled. They were competent and efficient leaving me with great windows that slide again. Thanks Stan Greer for the excellent experience.
