Spur Western Wear

I've been looking for a replacement for my VERY old cowboy boots that have been on their last legs for a very long time. Found a pair of custom made boots that were VERY expensive but fit me perfectly and were exactly what I've been looking for. So how could I pass them up?It's extremely rare that new boots are comfortable for at least a month after the painful break-in process. These were comfortable (VERY comfortable) from the minute I put them on. Wore them on the very long trip back home and they were 100% comfortable the whole way.The sales lady was great! The price was twice what a "regular" pair of Justins would cost but considering the quality and fit, well worth the $$$. It's highly likely that these boots will last for decades longer than I will.They had a very compelling set of spurs that I really wanted to by but considering the cost of the boots, I passed. I may wind up e-mailing them in a few months though to see if they are still there.... feel very lucky to have found this place!

What a nice Find in Tombstone! They have a very nice inventory of just about everything Western and their prices are very good for the area. Went in looking for a nice western hat and came out with a REALLY COOL Looking Lid!. I needed to have a strap put on so it won't blow off when I ride & LYNN & TOM were sooooooo accommodating to provide that service for me... Super friendly ppl with really nice quality western attire.

This store is a cowboy's (or cowboy wannabe) dusty dream. They've got everything but the horse-boots, embroidered shirts, hats and accessories. The day we visited the man in charge was an interesting character, somewhere between a WWF wrestler and a retired surfer who gave us excellent customer service and knew his stock like a pro. My beau found an amazing shirt, well-priced and swanky, and we both fell in love with boots but they didn't have our sizes. If we ever come back to Tombstone we'll definitely check in here.

Everyone at the store was extremely welcoming and helpful. Most especially saleswoman by the name of Connie. She was very knowledgeable on boots and gave excellent customer service!

i ordered a white blouse & black pants from spur back in december 2013 to wear for an outing. i needed the blouse & pants in a timely manner so i paid extra to have it shipped within 3 business days. i received the blouse & pants 5 days later! upon receiving the package i had it rejected and immediately sent back. so lets fast forward three weeks from the date of purchase- i had yet to receive my refund. after 7 emails and phones to (liliana & management) it is now april 2014!! and i have yet to receive my refund! this is just ridiculous and bad bad business!! i am in shock that this company thinks they have the ability to get away with not refunding my money. please don't shop here! i understand this is just my incident, who knows this may have happened to others?

I do not believe that I have to pay for shipping when returning an item that is not sized correctly. It cost me $30.00 to return 2 vests and a jacket from NY that were not near the size they were tagged. I actually ordered a SIZE BIGGER then what SONIA suggested and it was way small. Do not buy or suffer the consequences if a return is necessary. They do not care about the consumer, as I learned when I called about my issue, they only care about the almighty dollar!

These folks are terrific! My daughters and I went in looking for boots, and they took so much time with us to find the right fit. I have an injured foot, and they stretched the boot leather for me so it would fit walking out of the store. They didn't just sell us boots; they fit the boots to us. Wonderful service, great products. Can't crow enough!
