Small store with limited but pretty good selections. I love the smell of leather and this place has it. I was greeted with a friendly ask of what I was looking for and frankly, I wasn't looking for anything specific, but I did walk out with a few items. Seemed a little on the pricey side, even with the Black Friday "sale" discount, but I'm assuming I'm paying for quality products (belt, belt buckle, handmade jewelry) and made in the USA. If I didn't think it was worth it, I wouldn't have bought it. The staff gladly wrapped the jewelry for me.

Yippee kay ay!Spur Western Wear makes me want to be a cowgirl, living in a cowgirl world, where everything is spangled, embroidered and embellished.They sell an impressive variety of boots, clothing and accessories. The lady in charge is a glamor gal, eccentric, elegant and artfully attired like the boots she designs. She was super friendly, wanted to talk shop and was ready to help us with all our cow-person needs. If you're in Benson, this place is a must-see.

This place is absolutely the best place to do business with if you are a traditional American West person that places value in dealing with great honest and reputable folk which has been the case ever since I found out about them. I had to return a couple items due to the fit not being good but that's just normal for doing business online. Sonja has been a wonderful and caring person and has met my needs and inquiries with the most absolute professionalism and courtesy. These types of business owners and the businesses they run are truly the salt of the earth. I look forward to doing much more business with Spur Western Wear in the future!

There are many places to buy yourself a pair of cowboy boots in town, but If you want professional help in finding the right pair for fit and style.... Come here! Ms. Connie or Ms. Sophia (owner) will take care of you. Love the hospitality. Love their genuine, down to earth customer service. Thank you ladies.

Very nice staff. Traveling through and our air conditioning in the car went out. Stopped in to ask for a recommendation for a mechanic. They were very helpful directing us to O'Reilly auto parts just up the road.

Great place with a wide selection of cowboy boots. I bought a very comfy pair of Justins here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't bat an eye when a city girl walked into their store and started asking for size 5 cowboy boots. They were excited to show me new styles and get out boot after boot for me.

this store is awesome I was looking for a frock coat in a color other than black and ordered me one and all this was done by phone and it was ordered and in 3 days I received my coat so happy for I needed i for a wedding the ladies there were awesome especially stacey she met my needs again thanks mike from blanco Texas home of the buggy barn museum and pine Moore old west town

I purchased a pair of jeans for a family event last year and they were able to hem the same day. They also offer to order via catalog with about a week or so turn around to the store.I was in last week and purchased a beautiful cowboy shirt for my husband to wear to an upcoming wedding. He's 2xlt which seems to be difficult to come by these days due to supply chain issues, but they had the perfect one in Stock!The Ladies in the store are very nice and helpful!I'll definitely shop here again when in town as I don't live in the area.

They get back to you days later to tell you something is not in stock after ordering it , as available online. Then you get a hassle canceling the order. Their competition on the other hand sends you a tracking number within an hour placing your order. Yes spur is cheaper but avoiding a hassle is priceless. A hassle is like a punch in the face and why would anyone pay for one of those.

I just moved to Benson, AZ. on the 4th of October, 2016. Saw the Spur Western Wear and decided to check it out. I own a great hat and wanted it cleaned up so I could wear it out someday here in town. The clerk was very nice, offered to clean it for free. I thought the least I could do is buy a little something from them, I was in need of a new belt so I looked at their inventory and found a great looking belt. $48.00+/plus Tax. Showed it off to family, it looked great. For about two day's, at which point the buckle scored the top of the black finish and the tip of the belt scored the area behind the loop. I decided to look online at their return policy...must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, blah, blah, blah. So I'm S**t Outta Luck. Then I look at the belt, roll stamped on the inside www.3dbelt.com, CHINA. If I had been told it was a Chinese Mfg. belt, I would NEVER had bought it. Just look at YouTube, damn near everything coming out of China is crap. Why would an American company sell this s**t to there customers. What else are they passing off as well made products, I wouldn't say quality, because obviously they know it's not! Okay, I'm not a cowboy or from these parts (California, sorry), but tell me, do you want to wear LOW quality merchandise from this retailer...check all the tags on every piece of clothing, boots, hats and belt's just to be sure you weren't misled. ABM.
