Tim is wonderful and super helpful. I wish every business was as so kind as these guys. They have stuff you can't find anywhere especially during the supply chain crisis. Their pricing often bests Amazon and you get a guaranteed product that works with free advice.

Recently, I had to replace parts on my drip system and after trying to find the parts I needed at Home Depot I was sent to Sprinkler World. I'm glad I went there because the customer service was great, the part I needed was in stock, and they took the time to explain how to correctly install the component. After all was said and done, much to my dismay the drip system kept dripping unless the water supply was manually turned off. A quick call to Sprinkler World was all that was required. They patiently listened to me as I explained my dilemma and offered advice that allowed me to understand what was needed to correct the problem. So my drip system is working smoothly and before I forget let me mention their prices were much less than Home Depot too! I highly recommend Sprinkler World and would not hesitate to use their services in the future!

Sprinkler world right around the corner from my house, this is not my go to place for irrigation supplies but it is good and close. They sell industrial grade products, just like getting kitchen supplies they last longer. I do not waste my time at Home Depot because the time I spend on fixing my irrigation should be minimal or none. So if you are putting in an irrigation system do not cheap out because it will cost you in the long run.

I am a homeowner that just doesn't like to pay people to do work I can learn to do. I come to Sprinkler World not just to shop for irrigation but for great advice on almost everything with plumbing and landscaping. They have all of the supplies and tools that you need. I have visited several times and come out glad I didn't go to those other big box stores. Prices are great too!!

I should have left this review a while ago, but Sprinkler World donated an entire irrigation system to the elementary school that I work at. I didn't even ask for a donation, I just asked for advice in setting it up and a price quote. They even helped me draw up plans for how I should lay out the irrigation system and showed me how to put it together. Support this local business because they support their community!

I went in there today to get some parts for a drip irrigation setup. I had done moderate research but wasn't absolutely sure what I wanted yet. I wanted to stop in and see what they had to offer. I was in there for no longer than 5 minutes. The guy helping me (bald fella, jersey accent) was quite impatient and condescending, acting like I'm a complete moron and not worth his time. In my opinion, If you don't like your job you should quit so they can find someone capable of being friendly to replace you. I went ahead and replaced sprinkler world with amazon.
