Springs at Continental Ranch

We have loved our time living here at Springs and Continental Ranch. The apartment and the complex has been a good size for us and the facilities are great quality for the price that is paid. Fernanda and the office staff have always been very friendly and accommodating with certain situations that have arisen with us. The maintenance staff has been very responsive and helpful as well. It is a very pet-friendly complex, too! Our little dog has loved it here as well!

I lived here with my daughter who was in her senior year of high school. I had spinal fusion in April and I needed help with my daily care. My doctor suggested that I go live with someone who could help. I gave the office the doctor's note along with my intent to move notice. They require a 60 day notice to move so my lease automatically renewed . Now they have sent me to collections even though I am permanently disabled. They have no compassion or even a heart.

Great apartment complex, a nice area, but a terrible location, and an "ok" maintenance crew. As a resident, you should have the most convenience for getting in-and-out of the complex. However, that's not the case for this place. You have to make a U-turn just to get in/out of the area because they don't give you access to the other gate.. unless you are one of the select few who has a gate remote. They increased my rent, so I don't understand why they can't afford to give everyone a gate remote. So anyway, last month, something happened with the keypad preventing residents from accessing the complex for the only gate available (unless you have a gate remote). There were a few occasions when I had to wait for someone to come out of the gate for me to get in since the keypad wasn't working. I once had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come out since it was past office hours, it was ridiculous.That tiny inconvenience makes this place super frustrating to live at. This complex would be a 10/10 place if they fixed that issue and if the maintenance crew didn't make you wait so long to fix things and complete work orders, they're full of excuses. 6/10, would recommend if you don't mind being inconvenienced daily.

Only thing decent about this place is it's reasonably quiet. Website and pictures are nothing like the apartments / amenities. The management is brutally rude. Only nice person is the girl who sits at the front desk when you walk in. Hot tubs were out of service for two years. Pools were absolutely disgusting. grills never worked and neither did the fire pits (in two years). All the management does is make false promises

This place sucks lol. They never answer their phones and they gave our upstairs neighbors our assigned parking spot and then when confronted about it, they asked if we could just let them have the spot anyway? .... No? We were here first, thats our spot. The only saving grace for this place is that the maintenance man is funny. Go live down the street.
