Great hotel. Our room was immaculate, as were the facility's common areas. Good breakfasts. Excellent housekeeping. Overall, no complaints. The only real issue is the location. It's on the middle of a business park surrounded by a Walmart, a Costco, and innumerable chain restaurants. And, by mid-sized city standards, it's a bit of a hike from the attractions downtown, at Fourth Avenue, and around the U of A. But all the nice-looking places near these locales were booked. Overall, though, we'd readily go back.

3.5/5We booked a room here for the night and it was an OK experience. You can hear some traffic since it's right next to a fairly busy street depending on where your room is. While most of the time I wasn't able to hear other people it could get really loud when people did walk by or go back to their rooms. There were frequent banging noises from above us at night and we could hear people's footsteps when they were running down the hallways both on our floor and above us. It made it difficult for me to sleep at night due to the noises and traffic. The beds were very comfortable and there were multiple pillow options. I tried to get a price adjustment on my room since the price I was quoted was more expensive booking it a few months in advance compared to booking at the last minute. I was told they don't do that. I liked the setup of the room. There was enough space for us to walk around. The bathroom was very clean and a nice size. The closet was particularly large with good storage space. The queen suite comes with a mini fridge and microwave. There is also a coffee maker. The room also came with a couch that had a pull-out trundle bed. There are multiple options for you to use the couch and convert it into one or two beds. The couch itself is from West Elm has West Elm engraved on the wood.Breakfast is complimentary and is a really nice spread. They have scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, croissant sandwiches, bagels, English muffins, multiple bread options, juice, various dairy milk and oat milk, apples, an oatmeal and yogurt bar, and waffle station just to name a few items. There are tons of options for food in the area within walking distance but it may be a bit like playing real life Frogger with all the traffic. Even using the intersection there are plenty of cars that don't give pedestrians the right of way so be careful when crossing.Overall, I like everything about this hotel except for the lack of soundproofing.

Nice and clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast was complementary and acceptable but not anything you'd have a craving for. It did the job.

This place may be my new favorite. Love the layout. Quiet. Good breakfast. Parking with bags is a bit far away but they have carts so you can upload at the covered doorway.

We fell upon this hotel when we had our plane diverted to Tucson due to bad weather. We ended up needing to stay overnight last minute (we got there at 2am). The staff was helpful and accommodating which I was grateful for since it had been a long day of travel struggles. The room was extremely clean and spacious. I found it to be quiet, mind you it was the middle of the night when we arrived. Another reviewer complained about the load AC but I appreciated it as it provided a nice amount of white noise. The lobby was spacious and clean and they had a nice continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling with family to visit other local family and decided on this new hotel near the sports complex. The location between relatives homes was perfect. Very close to food and shopping as well as downtown Tucson. Unlike other Spring Hill Suites, this one had a lounge in the lobby which would open for happy hour every evening. We had 2 rooms for 4 people. The first room had a stall shower while the other had a tub shower. The one with the tub shower was mine and faced the highway which made sleeping very challenging. Highway noise is something to be concerned with. The staff was friendly. They have an outside pool which is heated, but we didn't use. They also have a nice fitness center with treadmills, free weights and ellipticals. If you're looking forward to their daily free breakfast, you may want to look outside the hotel. Some family went to First Watch when they realized there was no food in the breakfast area. This was the biggest major fail I'd seen at a Marriott ever. They ran out of napkins, cups, milk, yogurt-----practically everything. I know the hotel was busy, but still you have to know how many people are staying at your hotel and be prepared between 6:30-9:30 on weekends for those same people to want to eat breakfast. Of the 3 days we stayed, there were 3 days of incomplete or poor quality breakfast. It was hard to believe that 3 hot plates were completely empty for 20 minutes at a time. I ended up having to make a waffle which was the only thing they didn't run out of. In fact, we needed to use the coffee cups or waffle batter cups for our juice. Other than that, the place was still looking clean and new. They didn't recognize my Marriott Rewards status so I'm guessing I won't receive any points. Parking lot was full every night, but there was enough parking for all guests.

SpringHill has been here since March and it shows! I'm excited to stay in this new hotel. Staff is awesome, the bar and food are delish! Fitness center and laundry on site, seems to have it all. There was even a scavenger hunt for guests when we checked in!

Service was good as was the location. The room was mostly clean and okay, my biggest complaint was that I saw multiple small bugs (likely not roaches but possibly beetles or some other miscellaneous bug) on the ceiling. It wasn't a huge deal but a little gross. Outside of that this place was alright.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this is the best hotel in the Tucson area. The rooms are clean, and it's in a convenient location.
