Spirit Halloween Super Store

I don't know why Tucson allows a business to set up in their city to steal and cheat it's citizens out of their money. I was at the counter and bought a item that needs batteries to light up and paid in cash. I was still at the counter and asked if i got it home and it didn't light up what was the return policy and was told there was a no return policy. I decided while i was at the counter and hadn't left the store that i didn't want to risk it and wanted my money back. The counter clerk checked with the manager and came back and told me i was out of luck since there was a no return policy. They are unscrupulous and thieves at that store. This was the store that was off of 1st street in Tucson Arizona.

Have you been in one of these super stores yet????You know they pop up every Halloween???Oh my!! This was my first visit and I'm hooked! It's like going to a haunted house, minus the entrance fee!! They have displays up that are super creepy and fun! We spent 10 minutes just walking the store pushing all the buttons to turn the displays on!They have a great selection of animated screamers, costumes, lights, and just about everything else to make your Halloween ghoulish fun!Look for their sales!! You're gonna need them cuz we filled a basket!! :)

This is easily my favorite Halloween story ever. They have a lot of holiday props available. I love the way the entire store is setup because it's an open floor plan and not overly crowded even though they have a pretty decent sized selection available. It was a one stop shop because they have pretty much everything you need, including accessories (fake weapons, brooms, etc), and makeup, nails, lashes, paints, fake wounds, etc.). They also offer a military discount with proof of ID. They are extremely helpful if you ask for assistance. I was pleased with my experience there.

This store did not have its act together. Granted it is seasonal and may not return, but the customer service was quite bumbling here, it took over 10 minutes of a clerk trying to figure out prices, checking things, not finding a price, calling in a manager, etc etc. And they couldn't figure out the 40% off they promised on their website and it took some wrangling for them to finally give that offer despite them not hearing about it. They overcharged one item and forgot to even give me one of the things I bought in my bag! They made it right upon return but the dis-organization was a huge turnoff. These stores are overpriced to begin with. When you go, use coupons!

Great little location for Halloween costumes a bit pricey but it's to be expected since the this is a holiday only comes around once a year so I guess the store has to make their money some find a way that way they can come back again next year it's great that they always change places where they're located so it gives you a chance to go and shop at different locations around town

Well, you know how it goes.... once you throw one good Halloween party, you have to top it the next year. :-) This store always has the funnest seasonal stuff, I usually find something here every year that is new and interesting. Thx for helping me keep my guests on their toes!

It's a giant Halloween SuperStore.... Need I say more?! (I guess I do need to say more.... It wouldn't let me post without 85 characters :))

I have been here so many times and it's always super fun and scary seeing all of the animatronics and it's just so cool and I mainly come here because of my brother but it's still amazing we go there every week because of my brother and it may sound like I'm complaining but I just love spirit Halloween and it also has AMAZING COSTUMES so I highly recommend this Halloween store before it's all gone and shopping tip if there's something that you might want to sit after Halloween and all of the stuff that didn't get sold will be 50%and it is amazing because I saw a jacket that was 30$ and I waited and I and I got it for 15$ so I saved 15 bucks so GO TO SPIRIT HALLOWEEN WHEN EVER YOU CAN ITS AMAZING

the store on wetmore is amazing. Sam was soo helpful and friendly. she and Nick went out of their way to help me find an item I was looking for. definitely recommend this store. they will make your experience awesome. my husband even enjoyed the interactions love love this store..... Sam you're the best.

Store is neat lots of good things but staff is not good. They like to shame customers in front of other customers if you don't donate to the children's hospital when you check out. Very rude will not go back to that store when ready to purchase my kids costumes
