Spin Doctor Appliance Repair

Our washer was leaking water and we didn't know where. I tried troubleshooting on my own and got to the edge of my experience, which prompted the need for a professional. And professional they were! Very responsive, informative, professional, and a great value. If you need appliance repair or service, I can't recommend them enough!

David, the owner and operator of Spin Doctor was very responsive to our call. We told him what we had been told the problem was and he went right to work repairing it and seemed to know just how to take apart our Electrolux front loader washer. He spent maybe an hour on it but when he got it back together the latch wouldn't work. He had to order a part and wouldn't charge us yet for the pump he'd replaced. He came by as soon as he got the replacement latch and would have come Sunday even if he had gotten it in. But in a few days he was back with the new part and I'm not sure he even charged us for it. His price was half of another's estimate and when done, it works great. We were very impressed by the workmanship and service he provided.

This is a top notch repair service. Fair, reliable and comes in a reasonable time to determine repair needs. Highly recommend!

This guy is great... one man - mature - calls to let you know when hes heading over- or if running late, cares about his work- very reasonable price. WIsh there were more like him.

Just talked to this guy about an estimate. After I told him I was going to call around for more prices, he got offended and hung-up the phone. That was rude and unprofessional. There's no way I would hire this guy or recommend him to anyone. I don't care how much experience he has. He still needs to learn better customer service!

Went with the Spin Doctor based off the 5 star reviews however I didn't experience that. Red flags from the start. Double booked my appointment and when David realized that, he called to reschedule however the day he suggested didn't work for me and he agreed to keep our original appointment and arrive earlier. He had still added me to his schedule for the day that I had told him did not work for me and said he did see our original appointment and noted the earlier time. Day of appointment I waited from 8am-10am with no call from David. When I had called, he said he was on another job but would be at my house between 11-12. By 12pm with no updates, I cancelled.

Washer was fixed did a great job price was not over priced had parts on hand.4vvhand.

David is exceptional! Came out to take a look at our refrigerator and fixed us up for a reasonable fee. He's friendly and personable and unlike other services out there, he isn't looking to price gouge you (which is a welcome relief in this economy). Look no further if you need help with your appliances!

Arrived quickly and solve the problem on the spot. Brought the suspected faulty replacement part with them, and was done in 45 min. Would have given them an extra star for "above and beyond" had they fixed the door on the machine which was out of alignment with the latch. Friendly folks and a decent price. I would highly recommend.

Our 6-year old LG washer stopped draining. We called David at Spin Doctor and he got us an appt. the day we requested and came with a new drain pump for our model. He and Brandon replaced the pump, checked for leaks, and finished the repair in less than an hour. The total charge - labor and part - was $121, amazingly fair and well below what I expected. We have a new go-to appliance repair professional. Both David and Brandon were courteous and personable.
