Downgraded for their absolute no-refund policy. This is a for-profit entity. There are bargains, you must hunt for them. I bought a Kindle. Looked good. Didn't work. Goodbye my $20. You must test and examine all items 100% before you leave; there is no variance to their policy and for this reason, I won't shop there again. Lesson learned.

Dresser shopping for my eldest, this shop has a little bit of everything, only not what I was looking for. There's a counter in the back where higher end items are locked behind a case and you need to get in line for service. Hard pass.

This is the experience of my friend who is not tech savvy and I told her I would relay her experience for her because this seems unacceptable: "For those of you who shop at Speedway outlet. I had a situation with them today, certain color tags were supposed to be 75% off well I got home only to discover they didn't give me all the discounts. I went back to store only for them to tell me l left the store and was no longer entitled to dispute it. They charged me approximately $50 more than they should have! I was PV wry upset and announced to everyone to make sure you get all your discounts before leaving the store and they told me I was banned. I had receipt and the items still had all the tags on them."

Rude and incompetent manager, owner, and staff. They have a "policy" of asking for IDs for Debit card purchases. Which is a direct violation of Visa & Mastercard's Merchant Agreement prohibiting merchants from doing demanding IDs from card holders. Manager said she worked there for 20 years and never heard of such a thing. She (the manager) called the owner, and the owner told her to tell me not to return to the store. How is it in a retail environment in 2024, that a manager and owner both do not know they are NOT to be asking for IDs for purchases?!?! I asked why this policy isn't posted with the other dozen polices that the store has, and they couldn't give an answer. Business reported as a Visa Merchant violation. Owner would rather violate a policy, loose a customer, then to accept what a customer is attempting to tell them. Manager and owner need to educate themselves. Would not recommend this store.

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the doors. However, there were no clear signage of sizes on the racks (especially women's section). The aisles between clothes were so tight and narrow that it's really hard to walk through if other shoppers are looking through the racks.

You can find some great things here but the employees are insufferable. They passive aggressively huff and puff when they are behind you rather than asking to go around, slam hangers tight while you're looking through the items, scoff at every person shopping. Some things are painfully overpriced but there are also some gems. Obviously not expecting much customer service from a thrift store but the employees are angry and rude.

I had a disappointment at this store that was made into a really nice experience by the staff. I came in yesterday and found a skirt, but the tag had been removed and the cashier told me that they'd have to retag it and return it to the floor when they opened today at 10. I wasn't able to buy the skirt, disappointing but I'm sure it's a policy that matters to them or they wouldn't have it so I understand. I couldn't make it in until 12 today and the skirt was nowhere to be found There were two ladies working this morning who did everything they could to help me though, and that left such a good impression that I'll definitely be back. They knew they hadn't sold the skirt that morning (I had a picture, and it was a slow holiday). They checked the back twice, checked every rack they could think of twice, asked to see a picture and assured me that if it was found they'd set it aside for me. I'm disappointed that the policy meant I lost out on the skirt but there will be others. Kindness like theirs was what I really appreciated. Thanks ladies.

Been to speedway outlet numerous of times especially now since I work right next to them in uniform when I went over there Friday I was asked to leave my jacket and purse behind the counter which was a very small backpack purse considering the purses other ladies had on the store the lady cashier allowed me to take my purse telling the skinny dude cashier if they saying anything She would tell them to was her. I will not be back again after that there are other thrift stores down the road and they have fitting rooms and there is also Ross and Walmart thanks for reminding me there are better places to shop

Use to love going here for my kids . There prices were really affordable . But just went yesterday and there prices have tripled . No longer affordable . Just a kids jacket was $10. A cat and jack dress $10 new at target for the same price . I understand inflation but it went from affordable to new prices. Very disappointed. Wish I took pics of the price tags but won't be going back anytime soon unfortunately :(
