Quick and simple explanation to why a low review . Came in 8/15/22 for an appointment to fix my bumper which was scraped , and the wrap was taken off the drivers side due to a hit and run at the grocery store. I also wanted the sensors checked on the back . Majority of the issue was cosmetic . When I returned 8/19 /22 , they pulled my car into the front of the shop I noticed some new nicks and scratches around the vehicle but nothing was going to prepare me for the fact that my SUNROOF WAS BROKEN. The only part that was supposed to be looked at was the bumper and the sensors on the back of the vehicle. I have no idea why this place would decide to play with the buttons inside of the vehicle and break the sunroof. By the way, it's monsoon season here in Tucson, my car was postponed a day late due to the rainy weather. So my question is why was my sunroof even open to begin with ? The buttons are on the ceiling part of the vehicle . The car should have only been used to drive the car in and out of the bay . Now I have to go to an actual dealership in Phoenix because they're no Lincoln service techs in Tucson, where maybe their technicians are monitored a little bit better. This has cost me extra money time and effort. The fact that they treated my car so irresponsible is beyond belief. I take pride in my car , it's an expensive vehicle bought it for 80k and for them to just treated this way it upsets me. This place I do not trust any more and I hope potential customers understand the risks they will be taking if their vehicle is brought here. They did offer me to bring it back Monday for the tech to look at it at but unfortunately I don't trust the techs there . 8/31/2022 - last Thursday called left message with a female member stating wanting to talk about my review and issue with my SUV. They took name and number never heard back after a week . If they can't respond to my message after I left a review and a call back number then my business isn't important . Good luck to those who come here . I just know after $2,000 to fix my sunroof from their "detail" I can personally say customer service couldn't save this place . 0/5 stars . I feel it's not my responsibility to keep calling everyday and harass staff about my issue . Obviously, they are aware of it and don't care .

I went to Spectrum on Ina Road to see if they could fix my Toyota hatchback, which would not open. Marco assured me there was no doubt he could fix it. He was awesome! He did research and tried different low-cost options to fix the hatch. Ultimately, he said I needed new lifters. He explained if he ordered them it would cost $800 for Toyota parts. He told me what to look for on eBay. I got them for $172 and Marco installed them! The labor charge was very reasonable. The customer service was beyond anything I've had in recent years! Customer satisfaction is their goal. You won't regret going here for your car repair.

I want to write a review for the team at Spectrum Auto Collision. I don't know where to start, I went in on a Monday for an expensive mistake I made. Todd helped me, gave me a quote and said they could do it in the next couple days. The process was so quick and smooth. The staff Todd, Echo, Rene and the owner Javier were gracious in every way. I have to say that my experience with spectrum auto collision was definitely well beyond any expectation I might've had. They are very professional in dealing with in all parts from estimates, repairs, and communication. The work was done in the timeframe they quoted, the price given,and the quality of the job.
