So I walk in and BOOM! Instant customer service by Zak With a K lol I think I got his name right. The other Zac there is pretty amazing too. These too guys blow vapor and southwest smokeless out the water for sure. I been vaping since it came out so I know what I'm talking about.Thats why I keep going there!I work at the hospital so when I get my lunch or run out of juice, I get my a$$ to that shop. I stopped going to the other ones tbh. They hate their life and they make me hate mine just by looking at them lmaoOver all, Zak literally took time to train me a bit about some new gear, the 24k (or 12?) gold mod released they have in stock and some new filters. The other Zac did the same! Now the little lady there is okay. No energy or smile but she gets all that in the boss look she has going on lol the supervisor lady is okay too. Same.. NO OFFENSE! But the Zak twins (they literally look alike, I confused them lol) are the badasses of that shop, hands down.Good Job Guys!You guys were highly recommended and I can see why, keep up the good work! I'm a life long customer thanks to those 2 and I'm going to refer every vapor I know P.s.I don't personally know these guys so don't talk that sh!t, scouts honor lmao FU, it offends me that there's flippin complainers. The only reason for even the 2 stars is their customer service, the 2 younger staff members are kind and assistive. That old lady behind the counter comes off kinda rude. Juices are super weak and awful. It's to no wonder they're so inexpensive. I buy coils here on occasion just because of the location. Going forward I guess I'll continue going out my way to CloudSlingers for more quality nic-salt juices.

These people have no clue as to what they sell. They are all about the money. Constantly trying to up sell you into something. The juice taste bad and the nicotine levels are always wrong.

I started going to Sparkys since they were a new store. They have a wide selection of vaping products for any style or need. Coils for many products. They were once a very friendly place to visit and one of my favorite places. However, over the years, things seemed to have changed. The quality of E-liquid they make for sales has dropped in quality it seems. Max VG seems thin and flavors are weaker than past. I no longer see the owner when I visit and some of the staff in the late afternoon and evenings seem to be in a rush when nobody is in the store. I feel rushed when I'm there. They seem like they want you out as quick as possible. If I am looking at something, I get these stares like they want me to hurry up and leave. Asking questions about something seems to have become a nuisance to some of them. Now I only stop by when I am in need of some coils and I'm in the area. I have moved most of my patronage to a couple of other vape shops, where the staff enjoy the customers and actually talk to them without making you feel like a bother.

Customer service seems fenominal the juices lack alot of flavor you only get hints of their flavor profiles. It's a great place with alot of potential but there juice recipes could use some revamping for sure

The best Vape store in Tucson they have the best selection. The juices here are top notch! Super flavorful and clean. The staff is just spectacular and very knowledgeable. I recommend speaking with Zach he definitely knows his stuff. The owner Sparky is a badass mofo he makes you feel like your truly a valued customer. They have top of the line Mods at very reasonable prices. The only store I will ever go to for my vaping needs from now on.

The best service in town! They know me when I walk in and are ready to take care of me. They always have what I want in stock and any suggestions are based on what they know I like. If a product malfunctions, it's replaced and upgraded immediately. They know vaping, they know quality, they are knowledgeable about the industry and keep ahead of the trend. A smaller shop with BIG service!

The juice is mediocre. Their Max VG is like water thin everytime it is ordered. My devices hate it. Owner tries to sell you cheap mods that he picked up for a bargain. He won't want what's best for you in your journey to quit smoking. Go pretty much anywhere other than here if you are looking for help.
