Southwest Grillers

Possibly the worst burger i have ever eaten in my life. Bottom bun was soaked through, tomato was yellow and the few bites i attempted never even had the hint of anything resembling a burger. I feel like they served me something that was cooked days ago and they just reheated it, threw a small portion of mostly cooked shoestring fries with no seasoning and sent it on its way. I ordered the BOGO from uber eats and just out and out tossed the entire other burger. Never order from this place.

Highly recommend grabbing the burgers from this spot if you are an avid postmates user like myself!! Great quality and size for the price, and super fast too.

Packaging is bad. Leads to frys being soggy. Uber ears drivers make multiple deliveries and the food from ur restaurant comes in soggy. Might just put it right into the trash. Hamburgers are amazing, but frys need to be packaged separate.

They are soooooo slow!!! took over an hour to get our food and it was cold so don't know what the hold up was.

First and last time I purchase anything from this restaurant. There was big black maggot/bug on the pepper that feel out of the Tucson burger as I took a bite. I would urge that anyone buying anything from this restaurant to take a second look at the food they are being served. It's disgusting and the health department should take a closer look at the restaurants hygiene as it was a traumatic experience finding this bug in the food I purchased! I ordered this meal through Uber Eats and when I looked for the restaurant phone number it shows it's permanent closed on Google Maps. Something's not right, I would not recommend this.

i ordered steak fries. They sent burned black, cold, crosscut fries.The burger was red-raw. Not just the middle, but the whole thing.The bun was soaking wet.The part that was not under my thumb plopped back into the plate like wet toilet paper.I ordered via GrubHub, but my review there wasn't posted.I threw the whole mess away, and heated up a can of soup.

Fries are good, portions are good, burger patty though tastes like a frozen patty from the store that's not the best quality. Like the meat really doesn't taste that good. The bun is cheap. I think this is a ghost kitchen and I wonder where it's coming from though. I kind of understand the comments now about how it tastes like TUSD burgers hahah. Idk good deal on Uber Eats on the bogo, so I gave it a shot. What bar or restaurant is this coming from? like for real.

I dunno what everyone is b*tching about...y'all know fries sometimes get soggy from the steam in to-go containers, right? Just throw them in a frying pan for 2 minutes, they'll crisp right back up.And if a burger is delicious, I don't care if it's fresh or frozen. Of it's good, it's good. Period.May I suggest the Southwest Burger or the San Carlos, with a cup of STFU sauce on the side for the haters and uppity burger snobs. This place is great! Order regularly on UberEats for the BOGO deals and they'll send you coupons you can use for additional savings! Some of the best burgers in Tucson!

yes I ordered something from Southwest Grill to Uber Eats they have this deal you buy one you get the other one for free I ordered two hamburgers and fries I never got my 32 hamburgers I tried calling them up when they the number couldn't get a hold of them I give a -5 stars at this restaurant terrible restaurant no communication nothing so anyone who tries to order from this restaurant I would rather get something from McDonald's that ever purchase anything from this restaurant false advertisement Uber eat doesn't help either the drivers are terrible they hire drivers that can't even speak English and they hang up on you

Reminded me of the burgers TUSD would serve in elementary and middle school. Super disappointing all around, fries and all.
