Well, Robbie came out today. Hard worker and smart guy. Took care of everything promised in a short period of time His explanation of the delay was valid. I'd consider SWDI again.....!!!!

In the wake of a colossal septic failure and replacement, my backyard in Sierra Vista looked like a battlefield. What had been a carefully tailored and beautiful backyard, installed largely by my wife and I over many years, was a landscape of mud, disgorged pavers, ruined artificial turf, backfilled trenches and septic access stacks that brought tears to our eyes. It was anything but a simple repair job. For a variety of reasons, it had to be approached in 5 sequential phases. Enter Southwest Desert Images (SDI). They promptly responded for a request for an estimate. The estimator was professional, and so courteous. He walked us through the 5 projects, understanding what our needs were and making thoughtful suggestions on what to do and how to do it. Of the three estimates we received, the SDI estimate was the clearest, most comprehensive and the most realistically priced. I say realistic because the low bid was frighteningly incomplete and vague. When we accepted the proposal, the owner, Will, came with his team and walked through each of the 5 phases to be certain we all were on the same sheet of music. Work began and the SDI crew was totally great. They arrived every morning a 7:30 and started working. They were really nice people, courteous, open to answering questions and very expert in what they were doing. Even with a few adjustments to the projects design, they finished on time. What was a nuclear blast site is once again a beautiful, easily maintainable, comfortable backyard, You left behind an incredibly happy couple. You are numero uno!

This company does a fantastic job, with prices that are more than reasonable for the level of service provided. They installed my artificial turf quickly and efficiently, and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with their work and the ease of communication with the staff. They've also dealt with the weeds in my yard and extended my back porch, again with beautiful results. For all of my landscaping needs, there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason to look anywhere else.

We have been so happy to have found Southwest Desert Images. They have installed a great irrigation system on our 1 acre lot and recently have built a bocce ball court on our property. All the workers were extremely professional and the work was beyond excellent! The jobs were done in a timely matter and was a great experience. Also, the most reasonable bid!!!!! We will definitely use Southwest Desert Images for future jobs and will recommend them to everyone.

Be aware the SW Desert Images' review rating is inflated because SWDI employees are submitting bogus 5-star reviews!!! I know because I got a Yelp message from Jose L. stating that he was a SWDI employee, and he was ready to provide a quote for my job (see attached photo) - the one in my 2 April 1-star review where no one called me back I assume. I called and he verified he was a SWDI employee, and I stated the work had been done by someone else. After this I noticed that he had submitted a 3/20/24 5-star review without identifying himself as a SWDI employee, so there could be other SWDI employees that have submitted bogus 5-star reviews!!!

Great staff, very friendly crews, reasonably priced compared to competitors. Very happy with the results of my project, which was basically adding a lot of additional gravel and stone to give my property more of a completed landscaping look.

Just had my backyard landscaped by Southwest Desert Images and all I can say is WOW!!! I love my new backyard and this company. Will was both responsive and attentive. He listened to all of our concerns, requests, and provided expert guidance and perfected our original design. His crew showed up on time, ready to work. They were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after the job (you might think this is a given but in our experience it doesn't always happen). We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
