Moses and gang are amazing. I bought a Front and Rear Dash Cam from Amazon and they installed it in my Dodge Grand Caravan in a couple of hours. They quoted me $165 over the phone, which was already a great price, yet only charged me $140 once the work was completed. For the record, I was quoted as high as $240 from another local business. The whole process was hassle-free, the install was superb, and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend to not look elsewhere, you won't find a better deal or place to do business with. P.S. They also provide a very extensive collection of soap in the bathroom. ROTFL. :-)

I stopped by to have a dash camera that was malfunctioning looked at. Not surprisingly given that we live in a disposable society, they said it couldn't be repaired. So I decided to simply have it removed, which they did. Upon completion however, I was informed that in removing the camera they accidentally shattered my windshield. Things happen and I'm not one to badmouth others for something unintentional. Although they originally suggested that I go through my insurance company to repair the damage and that they'd pay the deductible, when I returned the next day with a pair of quotes to replace the windshield, Chris, the owner, apologized for what happened and paid for the repair in full. Although I wasn't happy about what happened, I do appreciate that they, and Chris in particular, accepted responsibility and stepped up to take care of the damage.

Rear Kicker speaker they previously installed had issues. Mickey replaced. Back on the road w full sound. Thanks for your help and great customer service.

These guys are great. Easy to work with. Down to earth. Quality work at and affordable price. They got me in fixed me up! I highly recommend this place.

I also experienced the same garbage treatment of being ignored. Very unprofessional of not being acknowledged, written up, taken my keys, and given a time to come back, or anything professional. You're just pacing in the back like some wandering clown. They look at you and ignore you and look away. It all trickles down from the owner. That's why you can't get good service in the hood. The tech who was supposed to instal my amp just starts walking down the block on his break and comes back a half hour later and goes back to the hoopty he was working on. And I'm still melting in the sun. Hard pass!! Do not go here. They don't know how to treat people right at all. I went to an awesome place on speedway. Amazing service, affordable, and got me in and out in one hour. They'll get my business going forward.

I Perched a Radio else where I went to Sound Fx to install, which they did had to go back the following day with a problem which they fixed. The Bottom line is they were so helpful even though I didn't buy the Radio from them. Thanks, Cory & Sam

I have a 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser with a bad subwoofer. Really annoying. Went in to Sound Fx this morning to see if they could work on it for a reasonable price, thinking that I would probably end up driving up the road to a better known sound system company. I was wrong. They were able to pull the paneling and replace the subwoofer in 30 minutes while I watched. Very professional and clearly know exactly what they are doing. Love the new speaker. Kudos to you guys!

Definitely a lot cheaper than the other audio stores, and pretty quick...I'll give them that. However...a day later, after my subs were going in and out, I noticed that my fuse box cover was cracked where they had to put in a new fuse, and that the leg of my subwoofer fuse was bent from them forcing it back in. I was able to fix it, but just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

You already know !!! I have seen multiple reviews on speakers and they will hook up custom door speakers.I will leave this place with at least 4 more speakers not including tweeters. Installing my subwoofer here as well (Dual 12" Jbl). If you ever find yourself needing a system, it would be a detriment to yourself and your wallet not to get hooked up here. PS - Ask for Mike Lopez!!!!!By the end of the day I will have a JBL 16 way speaker system in my little dodge neon hooked up personally by Sound Fx Car Audio Video and Security!!!! Let Go!!!

Had a complete system and amp installed in my Van about a month ago. I have been in Tucson over thirty years and have used other Vendors like The Specialist and others. Sound FX was great, they were experts. I found Moses and his staff to be above board and easyto work with. Their price was reasonable and work quality was the best I have seen in all my years. These guys are Trustworthy and will have my continued business.
