Sophia Lyn Sims Photographer

Sophia has done amazing photography for me and my family. I plan on doing more work with her in the future :)

Lyn was my wedding photographer. I was an out of town bride and didn't have much time in Tucson to look for vendors. I found Lyn online and it turned out she had done a lot of photos for local family (which made me feel good). She was absolutely the BEST. Seriously, she was THE BEST vendor I had (flowers at Villa Feliz were a close second). She was extremely attentive when I did have time to visit, she offers amazing products and on my actual wedding day she was extremely easy going, not to mention on time and great an moving huge groups of people so I didn't have to! My pictures came out much nicer than I had hoped for because she was ssssooooo great at capturing the little moments between my husband and I. Couldn't be happier :D

We've used Lyn Sims for family portraits and professional headshots over many years. Without fail, Lyn captures the essence of who we are.

My son's school contracted this photographer to do the school pics this year, they were taken the second week of school. When I got the proofs I was disappointed. One picture wasn't useable at all and the other one was not centered, was taken too far back so his head only took up -1/4 of the shot and his hair was uncombed! The proofs came with a warning not to worry about centering and other small concerns that the photos would be fixed and perfect when printed. I thought messy hair was ok, after all it's just a school picture. When I got the photos back it was still exactly the same. I know these pictures are not expensive and I am not a picky person but this picture service was just plain bad. I take better pictures myself and I'm not nearly a photographer. To be trusted to take photos that people will have in frames and scrapbooks for the rest of their lives, you should be better Lyn Sims. Next year if they get the same photographer I'm going elsewhere to have pics done or just take a decent one myself.
