She is the worst veterinarian, and the most rude, obnoxious wI have never encountered anyone like that. Totally unprofessional! My cat was misdiagnosed by her and ended up loosing his eye. She should lose her license.

Our dog was boarded here and was lost when volunteer walked her. Now I understand they are not fully to blame but if a dog is boarded on your property and you are doing nothing to help recover the dog, you are to blame, especially when we find out this is not the first time when talking to people in the neighborhood. Shame on you. You would think being a vet and all you would be the first one on the band wagon looking for the lost dog not to tarnish your name instead of being rude and irate and playing the "blame game" grow up, people trust you with their dogs, they have not idea what you really act like when there is trouble.... I want my dog back and if she is not found healthy the least of your worries will be finding this dog and any others you have "lost"

Dr. Sophia, Gary and Carmen (her staff) are lovely people interested in the well being of your pet. When that terrible time came to put down my old standard poodle the outreach and care they gave me was invaluable and so loving. You won't be sorry trusting them.Mary Greer

My 13 year old dog was not feeling well. I couldn't get her in for a new patient appointment at the vet I had decided to use, so I took her here. I was taken into an exam room and the vet came in and stood at a counter writing. I started talking to her and she told me to be quiet. There's no rating low enough for her "bedside manner". $350 worth of tests later, she calls to tell me my dog's liver is in bad shape. I had to ask to be able to pick up the medication for her. They said they would be there for me to pick them up but I literally beat on all the doors and no one answered. So my dog went 3 days without the medication instead of them being offered to me and someone being at the office to be picked up. If your dog's liver is failing you want the meds YESTERDAY! I got her into the vet I had originally chose for further treatment. I would never recommend this vet. I have to give a star rating but it doesn't even rate one star.

0 stars. We had to have our 12 year old mastiff euthanized by Dr Sophia Kaluzniacki in 2018, and it has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. She stuck him with the needle before I could even sit by him, on the cold concrete floor, in a tiny room, in the corner by the door. He was gone before I could even touch him, his bladder let go, and she told us we had to leave so they could clean up. The rest of the staff have been wonderful, kind, caring, and apologetic for their employers words and actions then, and since. On our last appointment with our 7 yo female mastiff (who LOVES people, just not Dr K ..hmm) they put us in the same tiny room our last dog was euthanized in, for over half an hour, and she doesn't come into the room until I tell the assistant we're going to wait outside. She then proceeds to state that she doesn't like my dog and doesn't want to treat her, that my dog "should never have been bred" and "should. not. be.", saying she didn't want to "deal" with "it", calling the dog that is hiding between my legs (getting hugs) aggressive, and leaving me absolutely humiliated and so angry that I was in tears. My dog just needs a muzzle at the vet, she freezes and growls, because she is scared. And with good reason it seems, since the Dr. doesn't think she should even exist. This is my experience. Your mileage may vary. Good luck.
