Customer service is the component that is severely missing from this establishment. The immediate property manager,Moira first impression when my roommates and I went to view the complex was uncomfortably pushy and persistent. We told her we had to think about whether or not we wanted to go with this apartment and she continued trying to persuade us. Luckily the attendant we were working with was a pleasure and the complete opposite of her counter part. Eventually we decided to go with Sonoran Reserves off the strength of the floor plans, pool/hot tub features and location (only reason for the 1 star opposed to none)Fast forward 4 months into our lease: we received an email with what appeared to be discounted rates for lease extensions/renewals. A month after that email was sent we went to go renew our lease to match the discounted prices that were being offered. To our surprise that email we and every other tenant received was completely incorrect, the figures were heavily incorrect and once she, Moira, was confronted about her mistake and how misleading it was she immediately became dismissive. Her tone was rude and unforgiving, she could not careless how her mistake, that she openly admitted to just realizing 2 days prior to us coming to sign, which is months! After she sent the original email. She was combative and wouldn't even hear my roommates and I out. We are military , so planning is done in advance. We had hopes of staying in the complex longer, however with the way this company is being ran and the folks that are representing it we decided to just sign a 6month lease, and look for future housing elsewheres. I have never received such utter and blatant disrespect as well as bare minimum accommodations or even a sincere apology from someone in her position. To add her excuse was suggesting she had "too much on her plate" which could very well be true, however I do find it odd that she was in the office the next day after our meeting dying a coworkers hair. Myself and my roommate attempted to call Scotia group as they are owners, however poor management and customer service skills always trickle down from the top. Needless to say, they did not answer or return our phone calls. Heavily disappointed.To add to the comment left which I don't know how to respond to directly: I would love to give you a call and discuss this further as today I woke up with no water and no notifications sent to my email. I call Moria to inquire and she had no idea that the apartment was without water and stated the construction workers just informed her. SEEMS LIKE ALOT OF COMMUNICATION ISSUES!

Visited a friend here - the WHOLE complex is under construction, from drywall to electrical services. My friend is in a place they say was remodeled: hah!Bathroom: same Friday toilet with age old stains, same tub. New vinyl flooring (peel & stick plastic planks) was laid right over previous flooring, so there is a hump to enter the bathroom. Door obviously had holes previously, but the just globes on paint to 'fix' that. Baseboard is incomplete around the old vanity.Living room/Kitchen: who caulked this? Looks like my 2nd cousin's kid did it, he's 5! Same vinyl flooring, gouges EASILY! Front door has no sweep, debris flies in overnight! The 'eat-in' kitchen counter has no seats! Really? Sposed to stand up & eat?? C'mon! Back porch: still to be remodeled because the Sheetrock overhead is falling down. Let's talk WiFi: free.... oh, but not any more now that you've moved in!Pool & Fitness Center: closed. Why? Is is COVID? Is it being remodeled ? Cuz nobody's working on it. Rent reduction for no facilities? Hahaha! Read your paperwork carefully, ASK questions and record the answers!

Moved out recently and i feel upset with this place because they're remodeling the apartments so they're throwing everything out and they want to charge me for old stuff that is going to be thrown out anyway. Talked to them about it and they didn't care.

My roommate and I relocated to Tucson for our clinicals at the Banner University Medical Center. When we first walked in and got a tour of the apartments we felt in love with the place specially because we felt safe and calm. We experienced some issues at the beginning but the manager Tony and his team took care of it ASAP! However, I must say we had a small inconvenience with our appliances we were told initially that we would get new Stainless steel appliances in a month after our move-in date. However those appliances never came and we were told that it was back ordered, our contract ended and we never got our appliances which were included in our rent we paid extra for something we never received. Other than that we never really had an issue this coming from two young women living by themselves.

I've lived here for almost 3 years now, and I can say things have definitely taken a turn for the worse. The office employees need to learn how to answer the phone respectfully and nicely. They are the only people we can speak with in person and they make it harder than it needs to be to get things fixed and done. The only thing I can say that has gotten better is the one maintenance guy that I see all the time. He keeps this place clean and beautiful, grateful to him for always helping when we got a question and he is there to help.

In my 4 years of renting I have never come across such TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! Every single employee at that place is the worst. Be careful moving here and when moving out because they will try to to charge you damages you never caused. The property manager who's name I can't even bother to remember is the worst of the worst!!!

Honestly the staff working the inside the office is really bad, everyone is always on a different page and they don't know what is really going on. Please make sure to always get paper evidence and don't just go by what they say. There has multiple instances were we have asked questions or asked for services and they don't get done. For example, we had reserve a parking space, staff told us it was ours, we asked for a paper confirmation and the staff said it wasn't needed. We soon started noticing someone else parking in our same spot we reserved and when I went to the office to see what was going on, it was owned by another tenant. This is just one small example that happened. There are a few other more serious matters that have occurred. So just please make sure you always get paper confirmation! Place is nice, recently remodeled, but there are things inside the apartments that still need to be fixed. Our flooring had a crappy job done, there were multiple bubbles on it. They told us all the apartments had new appliances, but are drier was definitely old and not working properly. But they did change it for us, about 3-4 weeks later.

Rented here for an entire year, I've almost been gone an entire year and have not received my deposit back which is illegal in Arizona. They've continued to push me off every time I show up in person or call to ask about the check. They clearly don't care about what they're doing to people. I have proof of when I asked for the deposit and proof of when I gave them notice of intent to vacate. When moving into the apartment there were holes under the counter, stains on the ceiling from water damage that I have photos of and we were told "no one has ever lived in your apartment before", also during our stay they had to replace the washing machine 3 separate times before they figured out the washing machine wasn't broken, the piping behind the wall was never connected. So they had to cut a hole in the wall to replace a pipe and never repaired the hole. I'll be leaving a review for the better business bureau as well.

Honestly the apartment is nice and accommodates my roommate situation but the customer service is AWFUL! They are the most inconsiderate people I've been in contact with since renting. absolutely unacceptable service and it's impossible to reach anyone outside of this office to discuss possible training they need to put their employees through before hiring. The general manager Mirra isn't any better. When conversing with other tenants this is a constant discussion on how rude and nasty the office is.
