My doctor is at this location and he is the best. Thank you Dr. M. The staff and front desk were great. If you need a doctor PCP this is the place?

Most people leave a review when it's a bad experience but I love to do the opposite. My first time here and I couldn't be happier! Heather helped me at front desk and she was a delight! All the way through from my nurse to my doctor ( Nicoletti whom I followed here) to the sweet gal that did my blood work. All my blood work was posted on portal before 5 pm the same day! Amazing job everyone, I was in and out in no time, like a well oiled machine!

This used to be a wonderful doctor's office. Numerous healthcare providers have retired and left for other reasons. More importantly, the staff is simply incompetent. It is impossible to get prescriptions refilled or to receive a call back. It's sad, I've been a patient for over 25 years, but I need to find a new primary care physician.

Had seen Dr. Moore for a few years, or rather his assistant, and felt like the treatment was good. The front desk was not skilled in even the basics of scheduling, but I put up with it. When Dr. Moore retired I was supposed to be switched to Dr. Roth... but had to call the front desk and explain and schedule an appointment. My appointment with Dr. Roth was fine, but I couldn't reschedule another visit because they "only scheduled 6 months in advance"???So today I called to schedule my annual appointment with Dr. Roth and the front desk said that he doesn't work there. They had been meaning to send out letters to notify patients, but hadn't yet. Where did he go, I asked. "We don't have any idea, it was like one day he just left." Seriously? No, that's not how physicians move their office. More lies from the front desk.I'm happily looking for another doctor, and equally important, another front office. Don't go here.

Was just seen here, I have been looking to establish with a new PCP and thought I'd try them out on a recommendation from a friend. Let me just say that this place is what every drs office should be. I saw Nurse Practitioner David Rudolph. My check in was smooth, my wait time was fast, I was in my room and waiting for the doctor even before my appt started. David came in and he gave me an exam on not only my physical but mental state. Just that alone was more than my previous PCP had done. Had some blood drawn, and scheduled to she him again in 6 months for a full physical. I must say I am impressed and would highly recommend David Rudolph.

I was in medicine for many years and knew all the doctors in my local area. It was easy to choose the ones I wanted to see because I knew their reputations inside and out. Moving to a new city meant seeing doctors and practices I had no idea about. Luckily, I made a good friend who is in medicine here in Tucson. When I needed a Primary Care Physician she suggested Dr. Abraham Byrd at Sonora Family Practice. I'm so happy that she did. Dr. Byrd is wonderfully thorough in his care. He takes a great amount of time getting to know his patient and discussing concerns and needs. In addition, he is quite comfortable coordinating care with specialists. This is extremely important for those of us who must be managed for transplant related issues. In addition, Dr. Byrd is cut from the cloth of the traditional "family doctor" he knows his patients and allows them to get to know him. I could not be more thrilled to find such a caring, professional and competent PCP in the area.

My grandfather was a physician in Missouri, much loved by his patients for three generations.Dr. Byrd is that kind of doctor, today, in Tucson. Finest care in the West. He got me to the right specialists for a weird diagnosis and hugely improved my health. He is avuncular, calm, drily funny, and never ever in too much of a hurry for you.

I've been going to see Dr. Bautista @Sonora Family Practice for about 3 years. The office staff is very helpful; quick to help & polite. Dr. Bautista & the NP Amanda listen to my complaints & discuss options. They easily refer to specialists when needed or requested. The office is clean. During the pandemic, they observed all the CDC recommendations & reduced the number of people in the waiting room & everyone wore masks, I appreciated. The patient portal is extremely useful. I get lab work results usually on the same day as the blood is drawn. When I ask questions or make a request on the patient portal, I get answers within two days.

Since joining Arizona community physicians, this practice has gone downhill. Their office manager is abusive. I have gone without medical care multiple times because of mistakes and rudeness on their part (staff, not doctors). They are also the type of control freak that will jump out and use the "mask" as an excuse for their abusive tendencies. If you need a doctor that you can rely on to provide actual healthcare, then good luck, because they are becoming increasingly rare.

if i could rate 0 stars, i would. the receptionists are rude and dismissive. I called to let them know that I was running late because there was a lot of traffic due to road work, i was exactly 10 minutes late, which the receptionist said would be fine, when i arrived, there was no one in line but the receptionists didn't help me. they were all on the phone and didn't bother to look up and help me, so i was waiting to be checked in for another 10 minutes and they wouldn't see me. My girlfriend and I both took off work for this appointment since i don't drive, but have had so many issues i needed questions answered about. the receptionist told me i had to reschedule and i told her i would not be returning. the day before the appointment, i called to have my meds refilled, but now, they haven't even touched any of my requests for refills and it's been a week. THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL just avoid this business. the receptionists and nursing assistants look 19, and they behave like 19 year olds too. disgusting.
