Sonic Drive-In

I keep on giving this particular Sonic a chance to do better, but honestly it's only worth an occasional trip through the drive thru for a cherry limeade. I believe a lot of the Sonics in town are pretty old and they are in desperate need of a refresh, but I don't think the economy has much room for Sonic anymore.The amount of spots available to order by car have decreased by more than half and those that have a working ordering board are holding on by their last frayed wire. The service is slow and the food does not come out piping hot. My tots were room temperature as was my burger. I didn't get the usual prompt for whether I want ketchup or mustard and was not given any napkins.Sonic used to be a great place to go for drinks and fast food, but I don't know how much longer this chain can hold on.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Got half a container of over fried in old oil fries and an over microwaved chicken sandwich. You know when you over heat bread in the microwave and it becomes hard and stale? Well that's what happened. I also think they might have taken it out of the trash and reheated it. Very disgusted. Change your oil!! None of this food is edible. The drink was a strawberry limeade and that was decent.

This place just needs to close down and board itself up. Half of the outside ordering areas do not work. You can sit there for a period of time, and nobody acknowledges you on the order screen. Even if they see you sitting there, nobody comes out to tell you it's not working. Either that or you are being ignored. Ended up pulling up to the drive thru to place our order. We informed the drive thru that the outside stall we were at for 10 minutes doesn't seem to be working as no one came on to take our order. We basically got brushed off, as her response was "oh". That was it. Nothing further. The service at this Sonic has gone downhill over time. Close your doors and just be done with it.

I love Sonic! The food is almost always fresh and hot. They have a wide range of burgers and in my opinion is much better than McDonald's or Burger King. Only draw back is since they cook most of the food fresh to order the wait time can be a little longer. And the drive through can back up during busy times. But if you're willing to wait a few extra minutes for hot, fresh and better food than some other Fast Food places then Sonic is a good option.

I am giving this establishment the one star for the ONE employee who actually attempted to get our order correct. Otherwise, If I was able, they'd get Zero stars.We went yesterday to order 3 bacon cheese burgers, a double WITHOUT CHEESE and only ketchup, mustard and pickles, and a foot long chili dog. Everything else was right, but the One burger we specifically asked for "No Cheese Please" they got wrong. So we let them know and they "remade" it. This time it was a single with Everything Except Cheese. Not gonna work, since we paid for a double, so I sent it back Again. I heard the young man who brought our food Specifically Say, as he walked back into the kitchen, "It's a double, No Cheese with only ketchup, mustard and pickles". He tried, but for the third time, they got it wrong. If I have my say, we will NEVER go back there. Unfortunately, my dad likes the place. :(

It's a drive thru, as we all know. Don't expect servers with roller skates anymore, cause they took that away a long time ago. Decent menu, they have lots of choices for shakes and specialty drinks. Their chili is good, not a big fan of their onion rings, for me it's a bit too sweet. And the one thing I was disappointed about was their french fries, they gave us old french fries and that's the one thing I am looking forward to having when I go to fast food restaurant. I love fries, but Sonic was a disappointment. Please don't serve old, dried out fries to your customers!

The food was not great. Burger patty was dry and had no flavor. Asked for lettuce and the amount given was shocking, hardly any. The employee tried to be courteous but maybe just doesn't have the proper training. No receipt was given for whatever reason. Not worth the $21 for food we won't even finish.

If I could I'll give them 0 food is terrible I had a cheeseburger and the paties were so thin and i can taste their old oil and the chili frys i guess they been seating there forever so hard , the chicken sandwich the worst i ever taste my first and my last . WORST PLACE EVER.

Just waited 15 minutes for a one burger and a drink, got a soggy burger that wasn't hot from sitting there the entire time I waited for it at the stall. The person asks me if I have an order for my name? They're supposed to know that! I will not come back and I watched all the other cars around me wait longer than me who knows how long they waited after I left but their was maybe 5 cars other than me not very impressed
