Sonic Drive-In

pretty good food and good priced but I asked for ranch and was given NONE. so annoying to have to go back thru the drive thru when the stalls are closed for something silly like that so I left without.

There was nobody in line for drive thru and it wasn't busy in the stalls, yet it took a long time for a shake and a blast to be made. The staff were borderline rude and completely unresponsive. Annoyingly after waiting that long we discovered, after driving away, that neither of the items in our order had actually been mixed through. Will never visit this location again and would warn others not to bother with this place.

I needed an order for delivery. Hit the button, saw it was for pickup, this is two busses away, and I am not up to the trip. Tried to immediately call and cel, but no one answers the phone. I hope they give it away, instead of tossing it in the garbage.

These restaurants in Tucson Arizona are the worst from employees, to management and ownership. As far as I can see the owner has no business experience whatsoever and doesn't have a clue about what his GM's are doing In their restaurants. Employees are snooty and rude and they probably are because they aren't treated very well. Most likely this chain will be run into the ground by mismanagement. Too bad to as Sonic has good food and nice prices.

The app doesn't give you an option for extra marinara with the mozzarella sticks, which would not be a bad thing if they would have sent ANY marinara with the order!

how do you get a plain cheese burger wrong and take 30 minutes. Like I wait for 30 minutes for this and my shit burger was not even cook.

What no pickles? No mustard or nothing?? No sauces we asked for, no ketchup no mustard no sauce! No marinara for the cheese sticks wtf I want money back

This is the worst sonic I've ever been to, was picking up a door dash order and in the instructions was told to wait at one of the drive ups after sitting for 20 mins they finally answered and said I had to go through the drive through which was wrapped around the building. After I tried just asking if we could get it the manager a younger lady with very short hair then came out and told us she refused to make the order. I would not waist your time with her horrible customer service thats at this location !!

I received an email regarding a promotional offer. The offer clearly states it can redeemed at deuce through or through the app. I first tried ordering through the app but it kept crashing. No problem I thought, I'll just go through the drive through since it's an option. Once I got there the person at the drive through flat out lies and says it's only on the app and that the app has been having problems. I mention that the email states I can order this through the drive thru. She stutters and says she's simply not able to honor that. I just don't understand why are actively avoiding honoring this promotion. I ended up ordering through the app for the Valencia location and did not have any problems. It's very off putting when employees act like it's something that is coming out of their pocket. Very shady location and I won't be back because of this.
