Sonic Drive-In

This is "easy ice?" I'm on a quest to get a drink at Sonic with more drink in it. Maybe the problem is that I order online?

Ordered a super sonic and large tots. Burger was good but I had to throw away the tots. The oil they fried them in was old and that's all you could taste. Nasty. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened to me at this location although last time was around a year ago. That nasty taste is stuck in my mind.

Love the burgers., great taste. Tuesdays they have special prices. The way to get it is online order. There is only one problem with that is sometimes when you're ready to place the order, the app will just sit there and never order. For the food I give a 4.5 and for the app I give a 1.

Had the worst experience ever! Order two gigantic drinks, both of which came out wrong. To top it all off I paid for two different different fruits in both drinks. Each one literally came with one cherry on top. One of the drinks was a different kind of drink altogether. When I called to ask, if there's something they could do to help the lady who answered had the rude Karen kind of attitude that we all have grown to hate so much. She said that when you buy the fruit we put one piece of fruit in there that is our policy and I am the manager. That Karen's name is Jessica. I really hope if anybody decides to get a nice frozen drink or a nice cold treat for themselves, you should head down to Rita's, DQ, or even McDonalds. I even rather get a one dollar ice cream from McDonald's then to ever have to order another sonic slushy or shake or drink from them ever again. Jessica, you and your rude attitude definitely makes me think that you're not actually the manager that you're just another 22 year-old young lady, who has nothing better to do than to argue with me on whether or not it was a shake or a slush. And then tell me that you hired a couple new people and blame it on your new employees. Horrible customer service and management apparently!

I paid 14.76 for a meal and this is the fry I get it's not even filled up if I'm paying for something I don't want it to look like someone ate half of it

Wow! This has been a two star place in the past but it was GOLDEN today!! Burgers were perfect. Onion rings were perfect! Service was very good too! Yes, I made sure I was at the right place too. Thank you! 12:15 pm 12/11/24.

the milkshake had more marinara then the marinara sauce had and my friend said her milkshake tasted like motor oil and skunk ass

I got sick from eating here. The food wasn't even good, the drive through speakers don't work, and the employees didn't care about anything. Worst experience of my life.

Pulled up to the parking spots and it was pretty empty, I had someone to ask me to wait and 25 minutes later still haven't put in my order. Ive seen multiple workers walking around inside and out.Ended up going to the drive through and the lady working was no older than 13 years old

This is for the golf links and pantano location. Ordering was fine, collecting of monies was fine, however waiting for food, thinking the wait means fresh and hot, NOPE!! The tots were cold, the corn dogs tasted like they were reheated in hot grease! They were greasey and rubbery!! Nasty, so bad the neighbor dog walked away from it. How sad everyone works for a paycheck and not customers satisfaction.
