Had a pretty good experience for my first time in terms of staff. Everyone was chill and friendly. Unfortunately the budtender bagged the wrong strain and I didn't notice until i was home that I didn't get what I asked for. Update - called and the manager Zack was an absolute professional and made it up to me. I will for sure be giving them another try

I think if you're going to work in a dispensary then they should know how to carry a conversation, know about the products, and be able to answer questions. The girl that was supposed to "help" me had a bad attitude, didn't care, just gave me a yes or no answer to the questions I had. I just left with a negative feeling about this location which is annoying bc it's only a few minutes away from my place. Just do better

so I went into sell flower on N. Oracle Road to buy an ounce.. the kid behind the register can't remember his name, but young kid glasses I asked him about something called a trip percentage that was listed along with the THC percentage and THC a percentage. This guy wasn't very knowledgeable about the product that he sells and now I'm stuck with hallucinations because of the marijuana. If you're gonna work somewhere, you should get to know your product so when the customer what this is or what that knowledgeable and can customer. I'll never shop here again. Curaleaf on Oracle doesn't sell anything with added chemicals to their weed.

They took away the military discount with no explanation to employees. When I requested I was told they don't do that anymore. Asked why and she said staff didn't know but I'm not only veteran taking his business elsewhere. There are at least 4 dispensaries near me. I'll take my business elsewhere and I recommend the same to all military

Sol decided to no longer offer medical discounts as they were for the last year and half. Also the price increase on rosin $8 after they cut the price in 2024 only to increase prices and remove all discounts and points at the beginning of 2025

they don't have very good supplies. The customer service isn't the best they try to get you in and out as fast as possible and they stopped doing first timers deal because it's a new year and also I feel like they don't have good quality.

If your medical just go around the corner to Earths Healing or Curaleaf these people at Sol have zero love for medical patients. No more med discounts on products and they are charging recreational taxes no matter what. Desert ReLeaf is another great choice in town!

upon entering this establishment, I was not greeted. However, after 2 minutes I was approached Manager Z who did take my information for check in as I was new to this location. I noticed that I was eligible to receive a free pre-roll upon offering my review for service. I asked the Manager Z if I could redeem a preroll for a review and they declined stating it was not protocol to give pre-rolls out before a review was made at this location. Moments later, a "long time" customer approaches the counter and receives the very same preroll offer by Manager Z - the one I was declined due to company policy. I addressed the manager with my concern and to make "things" right he gave me that pre-roll. I have been to several Sol Flowers and this inequity of an interaction was a first for me. Please do not discourage customers for incentives meant for them.
