Downhome feel in this quaint dispensary. Helpful and personal service. I wanted sugar free edibles and they helped me out. My friend was shown several varieties of what she wanted. She says they are her "go to".

I've been to this dispensary two times, which is enough for me to say I'll never return to this dispensary. I was excited to see a dispensary open closer to home. Now I know it's worth the drive downtown instead. The first time I visited, they didn't have any of the advertised specials. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were fairly new. I probably should have checked my receipt. Today I stopped in to grab their Halloween special. I *should* have had enough money in my wallet to pay for my purchase but the price came up more than I had so I had to use their ATM. I even questioned the budtender and reminded her I had a medical card on file. When I got home, I checked my receipt and Googled tax rates for medical card holders and found they had charged me the 16% recreational excise tax, which medical cardholders are exempt from paying. I called the store and the dude on the phone was super unprofessional. I had to repeat myself because he was talking to someone plus he said I had to bring my purchase back with the receipt even though I told him I hadn't opened the bags. They were still stapled shut.When I arrived back at the dispensary, I started talking to the dude who had been on the phone when the budtender who rang me up interrupted. I explained to her that I was overcharged even though I had questioned the amount. She told me it was a sale and they are strictly a recreational dispensary so they still charge the extra 16% excise tax. She said she could give me a complimentary credit on my next purchase and I informed her that I would not be returning and just wanted my money back for the overcharge, so she said she would get her manager. The manager first tried to offer me a credit and I told her I just wanted my money back for the overcharge. She said they recently got the ok to give medical card holders a complimentary discount (meaning not charge the extra 16% as required). She finally gave me back my overcharge but not before mentioning "it's only $18" as if it was nothing. This dispensary is practically hostile to medical card holders and they act as if they are doing you a favor by charging you the correct amount. It's very clear they aren't interested in selling to anyone but recreational users.

I hate writing these things but if you don't write whose going to know what crooked stuff people are doing. Now I was told that no more medical cards, seniors no more and this is hearsay that they dropped the Veterans discount also. That sol flower is going strictly recreational. As for the budtender, it was a little bit cold but we cruised right on through. It is very sad that I will not be using Sol Flower as my dispensary.

I've been coming to sol for a while now and they recently took away the medical an senior citizen discount which is extremely upsetting considering I pay so much for a medical card. Most likely will not be coming back and will also be letting everyone with a medical card know and will be recommending them to not go to any location. BRING BACK THE MEDICAL DISCOUNT!!!

I have been in this dispensary many times. This time the bud tender was very rude. All the bud tenders are under30 years old, and haven't been trained in customer service ice.

Every time I go here and try to buy a top shelf eighth, they always recommend and try to push me to buy one of their off brands. They're always trying to upsell something that I don't want and they're so pushy about it. I have to tell them 3x that I don't want what they're trying to sell me. Nine times out of 10 I go home and the weed tastes like mold. They're always trying to sell a "BOGO" deal and somehow I always end up paying about $60-$80 for one eighth. I'll never return here.

When my friend complained to Katlin, the manager, about a coupon not being accepted despite the coupon not having an expiration date or saying limited time, this manager kept being extremely condescending. My friend was called baby twice and was said that it was very condescending. In response, baby turned into calling me honey. She was twice this managers age and consider it age discrimination in my opinion. Both of us would like them to have training for that manager or fire her and honor the coupon. In my opinion, everyone should avoid this dispensary. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Went for the first time today to this dispo and ended up not having the best experience. The guy we talked with seemed new and didn't know the deals. I asked about BOGO on concentrates because I saw a sign about it on the counter. The guy we worked with said they weren't doing that deal only for the $50 dollar concentrates. But we ended driving away and my friend said he got BOGO for the exact concentrate the guy I was working with said I couldn't do. So my friend got BOGO concentrates for $20 and I ended up spending $48.84 for the cheapest concentrates you had. Pretty disappointed in the service because I asked about it and he said no that wasn't a deal and he knew I was looking for good prices since it was my first time here.
