Snap Smoke Shop

Extremely poor customer service. Bought a elf bar here a few days ago and noticed that the charging port doesn't work. I called the store to ask if they could replace it and their phone was disconnected. Luckily I was already making a trip to Frys so I decided stop in and ask. When walking in I was not welcomed and the owner refused to help me with my issue, he was unprofessional sitting on the ground and rude.

Owner is extremely kind and hard-working. Very knowledgeable on his products and took his time to explain some of them to me. Highly recommend this shop
